Sam welcomed our family of 7 so graciously. We were downtown Kona on a mission to find our 100 year old great grandma ice cream. We were after hours by nearly an hour, Sam opens up, and served us with a smile. We will travel out of our way the rest of our trip to go here! 10 out of 10 on the ice cream too!!!!

We were enthusiastically greeted and offered a free sample immediately as we arrived. They gave us a small sample of each kind of soft serve which made it difficult to decide which one to choose! There are pre designed sundaes or you can build your own with all kinds of fun toppings and drizzle. Don't leave Kona without trying this place at least once!

My family and I stopped in for a treat after shopping during our vacation. We had two different types of sundaes and I had a milkshake. Absolutely delicious. The soft serve is outstanding.

I was getting food next door, and the woman from the ice cream shop brought me some free samples. They were SO GOOD. I didnt even realize it was vegan until the worker told me. It was 10am and I was not planning to eat ice cream, but I caved and got a Pink Aloha Mylk shake with lilikoi syrup. It was amazing. 10/10 would go back.Vegetarian options: All vegan ice cream

The macadamia nut based soft serve is so creamy and delicious, you wouldn’t even know it’s plant-based ?A sundae seems kind of pricy (~10) but its a big cup of ice cream and the toppings are great! I had vanilla and pink aloha (strawberry and dragonfruit) half and half with lilikoi syrup and waffle cone bits and it was so good :)The person helping me was also very sweet and let me sample flavors before deciding Vegetarian options: The ice cream is fully vegan!Dietary restrictions: The ice cream is fully vegan!
Quite literally the best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. ESPECIALLY being vegan. It's hard to choose between flavors because they're all amazing so if you're in the area, give them a try more than once! 100% will always reccomend this place. The chocolate soft serve is to die for!! Deep in flavor and not too sweet, it's perfect with toppings and their unique waffle cone, which was so fun to pick apart on a hot day. We found this place regrettably on our last day on the island or would have been here every day. Absolutely a must stop that is unique with great service
