Not good. We left after 2 minutes without getting anything due to the unprofessional service - creepy comments and dirty practices. Cafe seems to be limping along based on location alone.
We do however recommend the ice cream itself - but go to KTA or another local grocery store to pick up a clean and sealed pint.

Young guy with large anime tattoo on his left arm was a creep and made weird jokes should be fired immediately, you’re losing business.

Great location, good shaved ice, but the server made some weird and sexist jokes to us. I would go elsewhere if you are a woman.

Haven’t ate in store yet, but had enjoyed their ice cream. Chocolate fudge is amazing, my favorite on island.

Worst mango smoothie I have ever had. The bagel was burnt. The shopkeeper was very rude too. I am never going there. Only good thing about this place is that it is by the ocean. Please don’t waste your money.

Out of a lot of stuff. Guy at the counter was a little creepy and weird.
This is a store with a great location.
It was a shop I happened to stop by, but was it the owner? His wife is Japanese, and she spoke to me in Japanese in a very friendly manner.
We recommend sitting at the counter while eating the ice cream you bought here. It's a bit dirty though.
When we went, it was whale birth season, and the whales were making many fountains in the sea right in front of us, and we were able to do whale watching for just a few dollars.
I was impressed by how close it was.
Animal harassment? ? I think it was a very valuable experience to be able to see marine life in its natural state, even though there are strict regulations for dolphin watching, such as having to watch from a distance of at least 40 meters.
The ice cream was delicious and the price was cheap.
I have such good memories that it's strange that other reviews have given it a low rating.
This smoothie shop is very unfriendly. There was a tone of extreme impatience in his voice. The shaved ice only smells of pigment. It's just too bad. This is the most unfriendly person I have met in my entire trip.
Tried just the shave ice and kids liked it
I made a detour to this place just because carry Tropical Dreams. OMG the place is d**** dirty, broken freezer in front of place. Two counter attend one play on is laptop ignoring the 7 deep line, the other guys make a point to let you your going to be waiting before being serve. I could smell booze on is breath. Try Calypso down the street they are nice and professional…
