The food is AMAZING here. Not sure what’s going on with the front of house staff. We placed a decent sized order for pick up (5 people). We picked it up and made it back to work for our lunch break and realized we were missing both soups from our combo order. So I called back to ask if we could pick it up. I called the number and was greeted by, “UM HELLO?!”
I had to ask if this was Aloha Salads. She said, “Yes.” No sense of urgency to correct herself after saying, “UM HELLO,” answering a BUSINESS PHONE.
I said we had placed a phone order and picked it up and it had missing food. She seemed annoyed that I was calling about a mistake you made. She asked if we wanted to come pick up the forgotten soups. I said yes and thank you. I said we’d be there soon and she said okay and hung up. No apology. Nothing. If you’re a small business, please get this girl off the phones and front of staff. She threw the bag on the counter for us and said nothing when we walked all the way back to pick up the missing food. I get people have bad days, but maybe check in with them before you have them representing your establishment for first time visitors. Food was good. Definitely won’t walk two miles to be treated like an inconvenience when we spend a lot of money on work lunches.
This happened around 12:15 on July 17 and the name was put in as “ria” even though our staff member spelled out her name for the rude person on the phone.

I used to go to Aloha Salads in Kaneohe every day that I worked at Haleiwa Joes last year and order an Ono Island Ahi Salad and loved going to this location as well BUT THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE DRESSING from Mango to Passion Orange😭 I can’t eat it anymore cuz I am allergic to Oranges. Sooo sad 😞 Can you please change it back? 🙏🏽

This place cannot call themselves a salad place. They merely put ingredients together. It is very lazy to not even mix the ingredients for you. Anyone can put ingredients on a plate, but that’s not a salad. Granted- the ingredients were fresh and tasted good, but it was almost impossible to mix without spilling food over onto the side off the plate and I don’t understand why they can’t figure out how to mix your salad in a bowl for you before giving it to you. It seems like the minimal thing to do. Really do recommend that they start doing that in the future. Paid $18 for that.
The staff was very friendly. Tasty sandwich. I really enjoyed the music! Azure was extra helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Friendly, local biz. Clerks ungloved, loose long hair, sunglasses on while preparing food .uhh.quwstion mark? Food fresh great quality

Little girls behind the counter wont even acknowledge you when you come in despite making eye contact. Girl with the braids needs to put some pants on
I honestly love this place! It’s such a nice treat. I would go more often but since raising their prices AND decreasing the quantity of salad toppings it’s been very discouraging for a customer who has seen great quality slowly get reduced in quantity. I ordered the goddess salad for the first time because I was craving avocado and the goddess dressing. This salad does not come with a meat protein. I added chicken to it which turned it into a $20 salad. That fine, I’ll will happily pay for good quality. When I got home to eat it I was very disappointed. There was hardly any of the ingredients. This wasn’t even half of an avocado. Reference pictures to see how advertised vs how I was served. I didn’t eat anything yet when this picture was taken. I just dug through the the lettuce to see if there were any ingredients hidden. Sad to say there was not….

Second time they significantly messed up my order so I let them know. Instead of being normal about it they got argumentative and did not care at all. I wasn't even asking them for anything but figured they should know there have been issues multiple times. Not coming here anymore. Overpriced food with mistakes, rude employees and manager that doesn't take responsibility.

My go to is the curry chicken wrap as a salad with extra chutney, yum!
Dietary restrictions: For gluten free options try a wrap as a salad instead!

Do not DoorDash from this location and check your food if you order it. They got my order wrong and refused to refund even a fraction of my order, and I’ve experienced this in the past at this location ordering in person. Support other local businesses, not this one…
