Flew my mom in for the holidays. Went Christmas shopping and we decided to have some nice Mexican food. Asked the lady behind the cashier if they had burritos as the electronic menu board was turned off. She said no. Then told me “Yes, we do. That’s a stupid question.” I asked for a manager because I was kind of shocked at how rude she was. I have an elderly mother who is visiting from rural Canada and was shocked. She told me she was the manager, and then mentioned her uncle worked in the Colonel’s office for some reason.I walked away dumbstruck at the entitled nature of this woman. Do not recommend. I had to assure my mother that people were not usually this rude, especially on military installations.

This was the saltiest carnitas bowl I have ever ordered anywhere and there were barely any carnitas. But at least it had lots of rice

Absolutely no flavor in my burrito, I also almost broke my tooth on a WHOLE PEPPERCORN. My buddy got saved by a keen eyed employee who spotted a large hair in the rice. Won’t be eating here again, not an appealing look with staff bickering behind the counter and the stall looking like it was decorated at target. Low quality, low effort.

AMAZING food, honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is great! Service is great! All you could ever want. This place is my personal heaven.
The workers here are rude and lazy. I asked for some chili sauce in a cup, but the worker decided dump the chili sauce into the tray with my burrito. The sauce got all over the tin foil cover and was unusable. This was done by a worker girl who’s shift was on 15 Jun at 12pm.

Avoid the pineapple salsa at all costs. Tastes more like fermented lime salsa. The server was “nice” enough to recommend it. Blandness at its finest.

These ladies are awesome! They prepared a taco salad for me without the shell and were really generous with the meat. The pork was seasoned perfectly. Definitely returning!

The food and customer service couldn’t have gotten any worse. The dude that was making the food was touching everything that you shouldn’t touch while making food. The rice was crunchy. The steak had no flavor. My dog could make much better food than this place.

Website says it closes at 8pm, I show up at 7 pm and all food is put away. One employee standing around with zero communication and customer service skills. I’ve eaten here on a few other occasions; usually the food is handled poorly and employees lack G.A.S. MCBH families deserve better… what a disappointment.

Employees do not want to work. They close an hour early & look at the client as if they have 3 heads when coming to order off of their menu at 1900. During lunch they don’t want to remake items they run out of & have an attitude if you’re ok with waiting for them. I had so much hope for this restaurant and am sorely disappointed. If I could I would give it zero stars.
