Flew my mom in for the holidays. Went Christmas shopping and we decided to have some nice Mexican food. Asked the lady behind the cashier if they had burritos as the electronic menu board was turned off. She said no. Then told me “Yes, we do. That’s a stupid question.” I asked for a manager because I was kind of shocked at how rude she was. I have an elderly mother who is visiting from rural Canada and was shocked. She told me she was the manager, and then mentioned her uncle worked in the Colonel’s office for some reason.I walked away dumbstruck at the entitled nature of this woman. Do not recommend. I had to assure my mother that people were not usually this rude, especially on military installations.

We have visited this spot a few times in the past and we tried it again even though the service has been uneven and the food just "okay." We got two orders of the carnitas, but the selection of sides was limited, especially among the beans and fresh veggies. This is the first time getting carnitas. They are very spicy without the addition of any other sauce. That was okay with one of us, but the other found them way too spicy. We should have been warned about the level of spice. We got the food about 1:30 pm and I asked if they had been busy (being on MCBH) and the server replied "yes." I replied "good" and she just shrugged and said she doesn't get any of that money. Guess she wasn't angling for tips. There is a general seating area for all the fast food restaurants, so that works. We didn't use it, but several others were there. Overall, not sure we will go back. Just not enough to draw us to a return visit.

This was the saltiest carnitas bowl I have ever ordered anywhere and there were barely any carnitas. But at least it had lots of rice

Absolutely no flavor in my burrito, I also almost broke my tooth on a WHOLE PEPPERCORN. My buddy got saved by a keen eyed employee who spotted a large hair in the rice. Won’t be eating here again, not an appealing look with staff bickering behind the counter and the stall looking like it was decorated at target. Low quality, low effort.

AMAZING food, honestly one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is great! Service is great! All you could ever want. This place is my personal heaven.
Online said it closed at 8pm on a Saturday. Showed up at 5:30pm and everything was shut down... little disappointed

The workers here are rude and lazy. I asked for some chili sauce in a cup, but the worker decided dump the chili sauce into the tray with my burrito. The sauce got all over the tin foil cover and was unusable. This was done by a worker girl who’s shift was on 15 Jun at 12pm.
I love this place! The carnitas is delicious and their queso is amazing! The people are also very nice. They don't get to busy so my food is made very fast, but there is normally only one person so when there is a line it takes a while.

Avoid the pineapple salsa at all costs. Tastes more like fermented lime salsa. The server was “nice” enough to recommend it. Blandness at its finest.

If I was able to give this place, zero stars I would. The steak tasted like roast beef. I will never go here again.

These ladies are awesome! They prepared a taco salad for me without the shell and were really generous with the meat. The pork was seasoned perfectly. Definitely returning!
