Always come for their banana macnut pancakes! Operations haven't changed since covid days. Order outside with a host, then enter to pay, then sit down and be served. Food is great, comes out quickly, and service on point! Still recommend B&K whenever you're in the area! Great choice for food, especially breakfast!

The pancakes had a rich buttery aroma and were delicious! They also have a menu in Japanese, so I think it's easy to order. (Staff only speaks English)*It seems that the ordering system has changed, so I finished my order when I entered the store, paid the bill, and was then guided to my seat.Boots & Kimo's is far from the city center, so I signed up for a HIS or Veltra bicycle tour and headed there. I had a lot of fun along the way, so I highly recommend it.
This place was AMAZING and sooo worth the hour drive! They take your order outside then have you sanitize before you enter and pay inside before you’re seated.The food was phenomenal. Holy cow. I got the plain pancakes with macadamia nut sauce. My husband got the blueberry version. We were blown away!!!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!

The best macadamia nut pancakes in Hawaii, or even on the planet! In search of this flavor, I tried macadamia sauce pancakes in Japan, but they never tasted like this!Is it because of Hawaii's climate?As for access, it may be a little difficult to get there...If you have a rental car, you can easily go there, but otherwise it's a little difficult to get to from central Honolulu.However, even after subtracting the transportation, the pancakes are so delicious! !If you like pancakes, this is one of the places you must visit when you come to Hawaii.

I feel like it's gotten a little smaller since I moved.The food is still delicious.I always go there when I come to Hawaii.
They have been stating and posting signs all over the place inside and out of their restaurant that they have you order and pay ahead of time due to shortage of staff - which is nonsense. They have been doing this since Covid. Hire more staff, simple as that. Then they add a service kitchen fee for what???. Don’t think about ordering anything extra as it all adds up. What’s the point of tipping if the person is just dropping your food on the table??? My food came first and my husbands food came after I ate mine which was 10 minutes later. Food did not arrive together. No personalized service - you’re treated like Cattle- in and out. This restaurant is way OVERPRICED and OVERRATED!! Not worth the wait & hype.

This store is the best. It's famous for its pancakes, but the staff are friendly and the food is delicious.This restaurant is simply amazing. They provide enjoyable meals.When I went to the register to report an order mistake, the staff tried to communicate and explained various things.Their pancakes are famous, but their burgers and Eggs Benedict are also delicious.The staff is always smiling and extremely friendly.Since payment is made at the register in advance, I struggled with how to tip, but I left 20% in cash on the table as a thank you for the enjoyable time.Thank you for the wonderful memories.
