Soda machine has been broken for months. Every time I dine-in, it’s dirty. Service is slow. Would have to walk back up to the counter cause for some reason they can get the sauce correct for my orders.

Closing crew consistently closes early without warning sometimes 30min before posted 12am closing time. Today 10 minutes before. They will let you sit in drive thru lane and ignore you while in their phone until you drive off or hits midnight.
Slow only had 2 workers and had to clean our own table

Worste drive through experience every single time. Literally. People behind us got so frustrated they left. It's like they dont even Listen when you're ordering. You have to repeat yourself like 5 times and they still don't get it right. Absolutely. The most frustrating experience. We are never going again, although we do say that every time and we like the chicken fries.

The new employees here are so rude and unapproachable. Soon as you come close they start speaking a different language and wont even acknowledge you. Use to be great staff, but now just bad service

We go inside order chicken fries and a jr whopper. I ask if it can get the burger as a meal a with a chocolate shake, with a simple 'yea' as a reply.After paying, the receipt shows chicken fries and a jr whopper, no meal, and a vanilla shake.
