they always get the order wrong il order a cheese pizza and they give me a small kids pizza instead over charging me and giving me the wrong meal

CPK is one of our favorite restaurants in Kailua. Yet yday was not pleasant as the waitress was not very attentive. First no water was served. We had to ask for it. Then we asked for bread which was served but instead of slices small pieces. Not sure why we were served like thia when other tables received slices of bread. Then she brought our appetizers and main course all at the same time which made it very to difficult to eat as the table was small. Why couldn't she have served it at different times. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Dessert was the fun part. We ordered their famous cake flight. We gave our choice yet she kept asking us to get the single butter cake. Not sure what her problem was. Nowadays CPK is attentive only to take out customers more and dont care about dine-in customers. Very poor service. I will.have to think twice to come here again.

To wave the birds away, is one thing.
But to actually spray the birds with chemicals that you use for the tables, is crazy.

We eat out so much that you might even say it’s too much. That being said, Michael was the best waiter we’ve EVER had. He was super attentive and explained details of the restaurant and our orders that we would’ve never thought about. He really made a quick family night out into something memorable.

We ordered take out. We didn’t call so It was a 20 min wait, which is acceptable by how busy they were. Very nice service. Very attentive. We walked around Kailua while we waited for the pizza. When we returned they were very complementary while we waited for the pizza. Great food and great survive. They are very welcoming.

Very attentive staff and warm attitudes. The only CPK with true outdoor seating. Indoor seating is OK for family out door for date time 😘

Always good food

First time eating here and glad we did. Our server Mike was very helpful and enthusiastic. Outdoor seating made the experience even more relaxing and we will recommend this location to friends and family!!!!

My daughter and I needed a light / early dinner so we only got the White corn guacamole and chips, Hawaiian pizza and I think my drink was the Lime margarita. The guacamole had a few thick pieces, whoever mashed it seemed like they were in a rush. It did taste good and seasoned well. The Hawaiian pizza was baked perfectly. My drink was good, but didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it. We appreciated the complimentary bread, truly was a nice touch.

The server that was helping us seemed a bit off. We wanted to ask for the menu to order more since my husband joined us but she was nowhere to be found. By the time she came, we just didn’t bother ordering. She also took forever to bring us the bill. The place wasn’t as busy and other servers seem to be engaging fine with their customers.

Overall I would recommend coming here. The menu has a good selection and most of their food is good.

Our server, Trevor, was THE BEST!!! His bright, hospitable and full-of-ALOHA spirit was the perfect complement to our delicious meal. We couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience. MAHALO, Trevor and CPK Kailua!❤️

Our server Mike was outstanding. Our food came promptly, we were well taken care of the whole night. Our kids were given dough to keep them occupied. My wife’s chicken was slightly undercooked and the manager Justin came out to apologize and it came back within a few minutes fixed. I appreciate their hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel valued.

Dinner at 8 pm on a weeknight. Not busy, just a few tables with customers. Should have been easy to provide good service. But that was not the case. There were many employees there goofing around, being loud, and not paying attention to the few customers who were there.
Our entrees came out 15+ minutes apart. Our server didn't check on us, so we had to call a different server over for help when we needed something. (He was very good.) An employee starting sweeping the floor near our table while one of us was eating. It was 1.5 hours until closing, so why? We didn't expect 5 star service at CPK, but they need to do better.
UPDATE: Owner keeps posting the same reply to all the negative reviews. Asks to contact them and provide more information. By now, the owner is well aware that there's a problem at the Kailua CPK. Instead of wasting time on meaningless social media responses, please use your time at the restaurant. Train your staff. Be there to observe. Hold yourself and your employees accountable. Do better!

We dined in. All the servers were quiet and not talking to their Customers. I had a junk pizza, ordered the vegetarian pizza, almost no cheese, very little vegetables, I was really surprised how bad the pizza was when this place is a pizza restaurant. Unbelievably bad pizza. Something is really wrong going on at this place. The Cocktail was good.
