Order pizza on the 9 of dec got double charge I will never buy from dominos again beware of paying on line or you will get double charge

Even though they were in a dinner rush and making the dough out for our pizzas Lala and another worked named Abdul helped me so much finding my order to realize I accidentally put it for a different day they had no problem making it right there they were so wonderful
I hope everyone can realize that if they don't find the orders and find it set for tomorrow its our own fault
I did indeed find out they do not control the app Google does she was saying how they may make our orders and click it away but it jus sends a type of signal to the app through Google and they say where our orders go but I was not mad about my own mistakes Lala has apologize alot for my own mistakes even though it was not her fault and Abdul was nice and more than happy to make my order I really do hope everyone can show Aloha to these workers and realize they're working so hard to make us all happy we shouldn't be so grumpy with them there's a reason they have high ratings I'm assuming I love it so much definitely going to come again like I do already for my kids keep up the great work guys

I usually order the same pizza every time and it consistently has gotten worse in quality, I don’t mind for the most part but this time was over the top. I ordered extra cheese on my pizza because there’s always parts that just don’t have cheese on them and got less cheese than last time with an insane amount of sauce, the cheese didn’t even cover half of the pizza. I’m not usually one to write a bad review because I’m obviously going to eat it either way, but it’s almost hard to eat this time due to how much sauce was put on the pizza. Anyways can the training at this location be held to a better standard because this is just disappointing to pizza all around.

Better than average Domino's and the only affordable food in Waikiki. One medium cheese pizza $25.

Would give zero stars, especially for the food section cuz it never showed up. Ordered a couple hours before now and the time keeps getting extended and extended and now showing incomplete.

So I called. Then got forwarded twice to the customer service section, twice, and both time i got forwarded it sent me straight to an automated message and all it said was goodbye and hung up the call both times.

Paid for my delivery yesterday and everything was fine until this morning I see an extra dollar was pulled as if I gave a tip. I know I didn't tip on the receipt seems like their drivers are taking out tips if you Dont put one on the receipt just something to be aware of

Many things wrong with this. If you’re looking for not hot, dry pizzas. Look no further. They should focus on selling wings, because that’s the only hot and edible thing we got. The garlic parm sauce pizza was dry and just slightly above room temp. Also delivery drivers can’t find the front door. They wander through my garage and end up on the side door. There’s better pizza places out there.

I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready for pick-up in 13 minutes. When I arrived on time, however, my pizza was not ready. The staff informed me that I was still in the queue and that it would take about 20 minutes. I waited in my car, returned after that time, and was then told it would take another 20 minutes.

I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked why I was initially told it would be ready in 13 minutes when the actual wait time was 53 minutes. The employee explained that they use a call center and do not have accurate wait time information. Frustrated, I canceled my order and called Pizza Hut instead. They had my pizza ready in just 20 minutes, just like they quoted.

left pizza by the door, didn't knock or ring the bell. Ok, fine... But where is the ranch dressing that I ordered and paid for? Called back to see if they can call the driver back if e was still in the area, and left on hold for 12 minutes.

Left the food out on our porch, no phone call, no doorbell ring, nothing.

Ordered here twice, food was cold both times. Wings were soggy. Delivery driver knocked and left the food on the porch. Was gone before I even opened the door. Horrible customer service and horrible food.
