Such a fun and unique ice cream spot! The mochi waffle cones are amazing! I had the strawberry ice cream with a plain waffle cone and it was absolutely delicious. We also tried the chocolate ice cream with a variety of toppings, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The woman working there was super nice, which made the experience even better. Overall, everything was great, and I’ll definitely be going back!

It took more than 40 minutes to receive one bowl and two cones of ice cream. There is a sign inside warning that it could be more than a 30-minute wait during peak hours, but there were only three other people in front of us. I love to support local businesses, but between the extremely limited ice cream flavors and exceptionally long wait times, I think I’d rather get a regular cone from Baskin-Robbins around the corner than wait for a bubble cone again.

Really good high quality ice cream. Fun toppings and delicious bubble cones. I didn’t give 5 stars bc they really should have 2-3 staff working, not just one. It’s really slow service with only one person. High turnover over. And just not safe for only one staff doing everything.

Strange setup. When we came in (group of 6) there were about 5 people ahead of us. Employee behind counter yells repeatedly “it is just me and I make one at a time so it will be awhile”. Sign says expect 5 minutes per order. Ordering confusing, only signage is for bubble tea but you can order ice cream by filling out an order paper? Seemed like it would take forever for a small order so we left. Might need more staff or a better ordering system.

What a fun food. Huge bubble waffle yummy and ice cream. You can get ala carte. Takes about 20 minutes to get your meal. Not enough seating. But, the family did enjoy the dessert. We share one cone as it was huge and late in the night. We also got a boba milk tea which was tasty. Please get more benches, please hire help to deliver faster. Thank you

Insanely overpriced for what you get. With tip, my cone was nearly $20. One scoop of ice cream, extra scoop is $5 more.
You get two free toppings only, and some are upcharged (like bananas or strawberries). They are also very stingy with the toppings, I chose chocolate chips and Twix. There was maybe around ten chips and a single, small Twix bar.
At $12/cone (to start, mine came to almost $16 before tip), the second scoop should be standard and toppings should be unlimited (you'll sell more cones this way).
I will join the voices saying this is a tourist trap. If you've got more money than sense, fine, but the ice cream is just good, it's not gourmet.

Double Three’s waffle cone is fantastic! The ice cream and waffle cone are delicious while also beautifully presented. I highly recommend checking this place out! My husband and I went two nights in a row because we could not stay away! On par with Hawaiian prices, it is definitely worth the cost!

It's so good on a hot day.While it's not the cheapest option around, the authenticity of flavors makes it totally worth every penny. I’ve visited countless tea shops, but this one has become my favorite. They’ve introduced a new style of tea to Kailua that is truly a game-changer. Be prepared for some wait time depending on the time of day, cashier was friendly and very efficient. I gave her my number to accumulate points. If you’re a tea enthusiast like me, this place is an absolute must-try!
