Most excellent food! Had the homemade lasagna. A very generous and delicious portion! I talked to Frank and his wife Kelly while I waited. Great people! Highly recommend!!

Alright folks, this is a food truck -yes, but it serves meals that are authentic and much better in price AND quality than you will find at any “Italian” restaurant in the islands!This is a family owned and operated business that holds value and commitment to serving authentic Italian joints with REAL, yeah, I said REAL ingredients. Fresh, not frozen, full of flavor and in proportions that will challenge any hungry customers appetite!I can tell you my favorite is EVERYTHING I’ve been served so far: Meatballs and spaghetti, a meatball sandwich that was so big I couldn’t finish it in one sitting (best to break in half and split with a hungry friend), the Chicken Parmesan and my all-time favorite is the meat-lasagna (good gracious it’s great!). They do pizzas, calzones and garlic bread too that broke da mouth! If you like try something not on the menu, Frank loves to hear about it, he loves a challenge and will not disappoint!The product is excellent, as is the price and portion size, but what really makes it authentic is talking to Frank and his wonderful wife. They are warm, genuine and great people doing business here, and they always do their best to provide that extra “Aloha” to each customer (with a capital “A”)!If you want real, fresh, authentic, flavorful food for you and your ohana, please look them up on SM and follow them. They are worth it, so “eh chance-em”, and tell them Jeff “Big Herb” sent you! You won’t be sorry, I’m certain of that.

The mozzarella sticks were insanely good! Huge portion of Chicken for the chicken parm and spaghetti plate! Very nice people. I would support them again.

Stumbled upon this little food cart the other day. Such a nice and genuine husband and wife team. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and they may have been the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had! The area looked a little shady at first but please don't judge it by its look.... give it a try! We will definitely be back!

Omg I’m so happy I stopped at Frank’s franks. The food this guy makes is better than some of the restaurants I’ve eaten at. I can’t pass this guys food up. This guy can cook.
