February 17, 2025, 2 PM: Everything about the frozen yogurt and toppings was delicious! The cashier, though, had a bad attitude and gave us a stink eye every time. As soon as I entered, she gave no greeting and only said “everything here is self-serve,” with her stinking eye of course. Then this, we were asked to leave “because only 5 can be on the couch” while one of my friends was still eating just because most of us had finished already(?) after my group spent around $150. I asked for a spoon, and she told me she could only provide one, and I paid $29 on my order, and I think I get to decide to whom I can share it with. Bad service; all she could do is be nice, as it is self-serve after all!

It's overpriced but really the only frozen yogurt in Kailua. They also are very kid-friendly, playing movies and a small kid area.

10 out of 10! I’m dairy intolerant and their lactose free options were some of the best I’ve ever had. So many great toppings too! I had the ube and strawberry and it was so good! Don’t sleep on this spot!

It was my first visit today with almost 5-year and 7-year old grandchildren. Sweets galore! Every kind of topping imaginable for frozen yogurt. Clean enough seating area as we entered as first customers at 11 a.m. The yogurt was flavorful but a bit granular instead of silky smooth. Perhaps the first servings of the day were a factor. Cost about the same as our favorite shave ice place. We'll visit again.

The fluorescent open sign is on, hours sign says open 11am. It is 1140am and there are bike locks on all the doors and no one is there. Multiple people walked to disappointment at the same time as us.

Was really excited to try this place. The froyo was really good but man was it expensive. We got 4 cups and it was $65. Totally insane for froyo. I will not be going back

Got there at 1:30 pm on a Monday in December. There weren't many customers so service was fast and friendly. If we had purchased our yogurt between 2 - 4 pm we would have gotten a 50% off the second purchase. We found free parking right in front of entrance. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Areas for children to hangout and watch TV. There was a restroom too.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose and gluten free, and organic yogurt options available.
Parking: I did not see any gelato available.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly.

We wanted to try this place because it has dole whip and shave ice… but the shave ice is literally do it yourself. No thanks. Walked out.
What a train wreck! We received a gift card from our realtor to try frost. I had never been there. We went in and figured out (without the help of ANY employees) that it was self serve. We made our desserts and moved to the cash register. I pulled up my gift certificate and while doing so told me cashier that I was trying to find it on my phone . The cashier informed me that there were no gifts certificates out there and so if someone had given one to me, it was a scam. I finally found the gift certificate and presented it to him and he said no, no, we don’t do that anymore. He was loud and rude and I was embarrassed! I tried to explain where it came from and that I had just gotten an email that morning, reminding me to use it before it expired . The employee would not read the gift card or even look at my phone to see what it was. At this point, my husband wanted to leave as the employee was making a scene, but I said no way we had a gift card and he was either going to it or I was going to call someone . So when I asked for a manager, the employee said just go just go . my husband said do you want to scan the gift card or something and the employee just kept saying no just go just go just take the ice cream and go. So we left. With all of the other customers, staring at us like we were some kind of thieves or scammers!
Don’t go to this place with a lolo gift card ! I promise you will leave with melted ice cream and feeling humiliated!
