We went in the evening, it was so hot inside, the trash by the machines was overflowing and cups were sticky, floors were so sticky a girl's shoe got stuck and came off. All of the tables were dirty and the staff was just standing around chatting about previous employees. Maybe it was great a while back, but now its obviously run down and unsanitary.

Great place to get self serve frozen yogurt. They also have self serve shave ice machines. Never saw that at any other place. They charge by the lb. So only pay for what you get. Great for people who only want a small size serving. You dont have to pay a large price...

Morning staff is great and friendly the night staff however more than 2x was rude…they do not greet you as you come in and say anything as you pay. They don’t tell you the total…my husband asked why he tipped as they did nothing. Asking for tip on the screen when you do absolutely nothing is crazy to me. Way over priced here I rather eat Baskin Robbins

There's also a DIY shave ice machine with a handful of homemade syrups or the standard selections.

My daughter wanted her Frozen birthday party at Frost and they were awesome! Owner was super nice and let us bring some of our own decorations for a section of the place. He made sure there was enough staff and gave all party attendees a discount. Super great place for a birthday party!

We love coming here! Frost Kailua is always a great spot for a sweet treat! They have an awesome variety of frozen yogurt flavors and a wide selection of toppings—something for everyone. On our most recent visit, I was especially impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff member on duty was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was constantly restocking, cleaning, and even mopping to make sure the space was welcoming and safe. What stood out most was how he kindly opened the door for me as I was leaving with my nursing baby. That extra bit of care really meant a lot. I truly appreciate his hard work and hope he gets the recognition he deserves! I’m not 100% sure on his name, it may be Scotty. But if the owner sees this- he’s pictured in the background .

It's one thing for a place to be a little messy, but when the chairs are crusty and the floors look like they haven't been mopped in days, it's a dealbreaker. If you like your froyo experience to come with yogurt stains on every surface, this is the place for you. Brought my kids here, but after seeing how filthy everything was, | didn't even let them sit down. I shouldn’t have clean the chair before I sit down. It's frozen yogurt, not finger paint. There were old yogurt stains on the counter, the chairs, even the napkin holder. I don't think they've deep-cleaned in weeks.
