I tried this place 2 different times and it still failed. you can get better burgers and fries at McDonald's. The burgers here are just disgusting with no flavor. just disappointment.

Requesting a refund through the official website is pointless.We literally ordered shakes from the site and was told they were out of shakes by the time we got to the establishment. They couldn't refund us then and there and explained we would have to go to the official site to request for one.Well it's been almost 2 weeks, submitted 3 inquires about it and still have yet to hear back from someone. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm close to just disputing my transaction.

I'm sorry I came on my e bike to the drive thru in the early morning hours. The manager was really unfriendly when I asked her to order. I'm sure it was the most angry look and tone I've ever gotten from any customer service manager she told me you have to be in a vehicle. Lucky I have a good ear when speaking to English as a second language person's, I understood what she said. If not I'd be left clueless as she slammed the window shut and stood there glaring at me as I rode away. But hey five star rating all around as this is my hometown and I love this place. I guess I'm not in the elite group of Kailua residents that can roll thru on their mopeds and get their ultimate breakfast sandwich without being told off for not being in a beehicko. Thanks though to the manager, at least now I know and I apologize for even trying. With all due respect all I wanted was wanted was some food. I didn't want to put a person in what seemed to be the worst mood ever while they are at work.

Disgusting and unacceptable service. We live in Kailua, so this is our only Jack in the Box option in a pinch, and the one we're forced to use for delivery orders.The staff are rude. They stare at you without saying a word for the entire transaction.Every other order they forget your items, forget your customizations or give you someone else's order entirely. Which sucks for delivery orders as there is no way to refund missing items on the official app.Anything with fried chicken (tenders, patties) is cooked/fried to within an inch of its life, so you end up with dark brown coating and dry, tough and chewy shriveled chicken.They constantly put cheese on items I ask for without cheese, which is incredibly dangerous as I have an allergy.And there seems to be no end in sight! Complaining to HQ gets you a survey page and maybe some coupons (thanks Jack in the Box, but coupons take me back here and don't address the actual issues or get me my money back) and complaining in person gets you rude stares, people laughing at you in the background and a thoroughly awkward experience, just to get your money back or your missing items.This is not an isolated incident. DO NOT EAT HERE! We live in Kailua and I can tell you firsthand, this has not changed or improved in months and the company seemingly is doing nothing about it.The 1 star reviews below me are all accurate and the exact experiences I've had.

This place is my favorite because as a child and broke my brothers and I could feed our selves from the 3 for $1 tacos, that deal is gone but still have good deals, I will keep supporting this venue because it really helped us out to afford food at our lowest point in life.

A drive thru worker who served me at 12:00 Am on July 20th as I was picking up an ubereats order she was very disrespectful towards me and rudely told me that I was being loud and stop yelling when all I did was politely raise my voice so she could hear me because she would keep telling me multiple times she couldn’t hear me and gave me a frustrating look and glared at me the whole duration of my time picking up the food. As a ubereats driver I was very displeased at the customer service and her attitude as a person in general to treat anyone like she did to me as I was not a customer but just picking up an order for another customer. Please talk to the worker and discuss about the importance of listening to customers and attitude overall. I was not rude at any shape or form to her but rather trying to deescalate the situation and trying to finish picking up the order as the store ran out of churros and chocolate cakes. She shouldn’t be giving customer service to anyone if she can’t give proper customer service or she’ll make Jack in the Box franchise look really bad as thats not what any fast food chain wants. Thank you.
