Food had no taste, which made me sad. The rice was crunchy, the steak didn't taste like anything, and the beans needed more salt. The only thing I could taste was the guacamole. For what we paid wasn't worth it, just another Spanish spot that missed the mark here on the island.

I literally had the best tacos ever. Ordered 2 birria tacos and they were amazing. It’s true it’s kind of expensive 6.5$ for a taco but don’t buy if you can’t afford. Definitely a treat. They guys were nice too

Food is okay, only drawback is it's expensive but it is Hawaii. Very similar to Chipotle in taste. Staff is great and friendly, the burritos are huge and probably the best value for the cost.

I am ALWAYS looking for Mexican food and haven't found any on Oahu that I really enjoy. I knew it was going to be authentic when the guy from Chihuahua(!) was instinctively going to put cilantro and onions on my two steak tacos. Flavor was great and service was awesome. Worth the drive.

Spend my 20s living in San Diego has made me very picky when I comes to Mexican food. This place is the closest I’ve found on the island to legit Mexican food. The carne asada fries are amazing and I’m looking forward to trying some birria tacos next time.

We spontaneously grabbed something to eat yesterday. The staff was super nice and helped us choose. The nachos portion was huge. The food was super tasty. The interior isn't that nice, but we took the food to the beach and enjoyed it there. I also think it's great that the travel vet packaging is not made of plastic but of paper.
If you like Panda Express style serving, that's what you will get here. The ppl are nice but I don't think I would go back. We were looking for more of an authentic style atmosphere and found that actually across the street at Las Garcia's. At Jalapenos 808 it's like sitting in a small fastfood restaurant.
