Today, I placed an online order for a couple of drinks and went in to pick them up. When I arrived at the pickup counter, there were two other customers also waiting. Behind the counter were two employees, one female wearing Beats by dre bluetooth headphones and a male, identified on the receipt as Leeland C.
From the moment I entered, neither employee acknowledged me, greeted me, or offered assistance. I patiently waited as the other customers received their orders. Once they had left and I was the only person remaining, I still wasn't approached or spoken to by either employee. The male employee was putting blenders in the sink, and the female continued making drinks listening to her headphones, but neither made any effort to check if I needed help.
Eventually, I asked if this was the correct place to pick up online orders. The male employee responded by asking if I was someone else, to which I replied no and with my actual name. Both seemed unsure about my order’s status, only to discover it had already been prepared. The drinks were then placed in front of me without any confirmation or communication. I assumed they were mine and left.
The lack of basic customer service,no greeting, no assistance, and no confirmation of my order was extremely disappointing. It was a frustrating experience that left me feeling unvalued as customers. Drinks were also watered down without much flavor. Unfortunately, based on this visit, me and my family do not plan on returning to this location.

Post hike smoothies hit the spot after hiking the remote part of the Kailua pillboxes🤙Located right off Kailua road so a couple minutes from Kailua Beach.
Stopped in, ordered the new Lychee smoothies and it definitely was the right choice. Ordered a large smoothie though it came filled a little less than expected so knocked off a star😥 *booooo*
Free parking in front, sat down to enjoy the air conditioning and jamba before we made our way to a late Saturday brunch. 4 stars👍

Felt like it was an inconvenience for me to give my order. Staff rolled eyes while I was deciding my order. Staff also judged the two people who walked out before I completed my order, and made rude remarks about the individuals. Truly unprofessional. I will not be going back.

Best jamba ever!!!! The employees definitely need more respect. They were smiling and in a great mood but i guess their customers were just having a bad day. They wouldn’t even say thank you to the employees!!! What the sigma!!! Everything on this menu is 10/10. I will be going here way more and i love chatting with the employees. Super friendly and beautiful girls. 10/10!!!!!!

Ordered a Hawaiian Acai bowl no honey. Saw the guy put honey on it. Instead of making a new one he tried to resurrect the old and ended up with a brown soup without the usual fruit. Took it as I was already late. Two weeks later came back and explained and asked for a complementary one. Clerk said she couldn't do it without manager's approval and took my number for the manager to call me. Never called. Not going back.

The worst Jamba I’ve ever been in. Staff is awful and it’s cleanliness is highly questionable. The kid working the register ignored me and tried to take the order of some girls that came after me and then they got their order before me. For what you spend in there its a waste of money. Spend your money at Lani Kai juice instead or another small business. Only reason I came here was because LK was closed.
