Ordered a Hawaiian Acai bowl no honey. Saw the guy put honey on it. Instead of making a new one he tried to resurrect the old and ended up with a brown soup without the usual fruit. Took it as I was already late. Two weeks later came back and explained and asked for a complementary one. Clerk said she couldn't do it without manager's approval and took my number for the manager to call me. Never called. Not going back.

The worst Jamba I’ve ever been in. Staff is awful and it’s cleanliness is highly questionable. The kid working the register ignored me and tried to take the order of some girls that came after me and then they got their order before me. For what you spend in there its a waste of money. Spend your money at Lani Kai juice instead or another small business. Only reason I came here was because LK was closed.

The employees were very rude. I went two separate times and both with the same employees. They were both very rude with no manners. Did not say "Hello", "Welcome", "Thank you", "Goodbye". Did not say much other than asking what my order was. When it was time to pay, she did not say my total or tell me when to pay, she just looked at me. Also, the second time I went, there was no one in sight. It took about 1 minute for an employee to come out from the back to help me. This is unacceptable and these workers should not be given the privilege to work if they have no skills.

Online says the store opens at 6am on Thursday and so does the store hours posted on the window. It’s 630am and the store still isn’t open. My family is very disappointed, especially because we’ve been waiting since 6am.

I was the only customer in the store. I gave my order. Another customer came in after me, gave his order and was served before I got my order . Totally unfair and my Impossible burger was warm. I paid $14.? for my order I’ll never be back.

I don't even want to give any stars. What is wrong with these employees?? They were extremely rude! Not even a "Hi" or a "thank you" or even a smile. They all just stand there staring at you or their phones! I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location! LEARN SOME MANNERS!!!

I received very polite service yesterday when I went in the morning. Ordered a couple of smoothies and they were made well and pretty quickly! They wrote cute uplifting sayings on the covers that just made my morning!!! Thank you to the three ladies working!I was feeling a little under the weather and their cold buster smoothie always helps me nip it before it gets bad. The store is always clean and tidy when we visit and we love the wall art! The prices have really increased but then again prices everywhere has as well. It helps to join their rewards program.
