Went to drive through at 11:20am (it says their open at 11) and was ignored for 10 mins so I went inside and they took soo long with my food. The cashier was giving me attitude and I ended up leaving with room temperature chicken and bread that crumbled as I ate it.

This KFC is extremely understaffed, but the employees are always so communicative about it. They do what they can, the food always tastes great, and they're always apologetic for the wait. This afternoon (2/2/24), there was only one woman working but she ran the drive thru efficiently.

Terrible quality for and the restaurant floor is absolutely disgusting. The doors is so sticky I could barely get my shoes unstuck from the floors and floor mat upon arrival. Every time I go there to pick up food I have to wait 20 minutes.
Fantastic KFC in the heart of Kailua Town. Very clean place with excellent customer service. Chicken was crispy and hot. One of the best KFC I have been to.
