A fantastic place to eat something delicious on Oahu. On our way back from the west coast to Honolulu, we stopped at Enchanted Lake Kim Chee Restaurant. A beautiful aquarium at the entrance, American interior design; I would have preferred a Korean atmosphere... but we came for the food. The staff was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions about the menu, and helped us choose dishes for a hearty dinner. The food was delicious. We were humming with delight until the chef came out from behind the kitchen counter to watch us, and we watched him. Masterpiece! We'll definitely be sending everyone here.

First time here and I love the vegetable bar. Spot on kimchee, I wish i could take a whole jar home. Got the Mahi Katsu and the Meat Jun. For the price and the AYCE Vegies I will definitely be coming back.

We have been coming to Enchanted Lake Kim Chee Restaurant for the past 13 years, and it has become such a special place for our family. The owners are incredibly warm and friendly—they’ve watched our kids grow up over the years, and every visit feels like coming home.

Their vegetable bar is amazing, offering everything you could want, plus fun extras like pineapple and Jell-O, which the kids always look forward to. The seaweed soup is wonderfully comforting, and I can never resist their vegetarian bibimbap. It’s always beautifully presented, and every time I tell myself I’ll take a picture… but I end up diving in too quickly!

The kids always order the combination plate with chicken katsu, barbecue chicken, and fried mandu—it’s their go-to meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, with video footage of the kitchen playing (it’s great to see them in action!), a fish tank that keeps the little ones entertained, and a playlist we absolutely love. The music always adds to the experience and makes our meal even more enjoyable.

After all these years, this restaurant continues to be one of our favorite places to eat. We always leave happy and full, and we’re so grateful to have a spot like this in our community!

This place is our new go to. Everything was wonderful, the food, the parking, especially the awesome service. The menu is nice and simple and the lunch special is an awesome deal. Especially because you get the buffet veggie and soup bar. Restaurant is nice and clean, the staff were awesome and I didn’t in any way feel rushed at all. I’ve been to several Korean restaurants and I always feel rushed. Overall great experience for first timers.

This is Korea ㅠㅠ Be sure to eat the beef stew and ribs!! Eat it twice!!! The boss is also very friendly. The food tastes much better than what I ate in Korea. I can't describe this taste. If I lived here, I would eat all 3 meals a day here haha.

We moved from Kailua to Las Vegas a few years ago. What I'd give for a meal at Kim Chee's, my favorite! This restaurant is family-oriented, spotlessly clean, and the reasonably priced food is awesome. The folks working there are like family. We miss you!

After playing in the water at Hanauma Bay and going up to Turtle Bay, I found a Korean restaurant that I thought would be possible. The kindness of the owners, a Korean couple with 40 years of experience, was a bonus and the food was Berry Good.As per the recommended menu, yukgaejang + spicy pork? (Jeyukgospel) Also, I ate a lot of side dishes since they told me to go to the self-service bar.Be sure to stop by when you travel to eastern Oahu~~After eating, have a cup of coffee at Starbucks next door!!

I came here after seeing the Google reviews while visiting a nearby beach and it was really delicious. The owner is really, really kind and makes me feel good.The food was so delicious that I just ate it and thought I should spread the word so I took a picture late, which is a bit disappointing, but the spicy noodles, beef stew, BBQ fork, and tofu soup were all perfect. Be sure to try it^^
