This is the place to be on the Windward side.
A relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Great drinks and service.I especially enjoy going to hear Harry entertain.
You can also get tasty food from the food truck.
I am considering booking a tasting tour and maybe booking their room for a group gathering for a private party.

Great tour of Ko’olau Distillery. Guide was passionate, and knowledgeable, plus learned the correct way to consume whiskey/gin. The tasting included 4 different samples. So glad we got to support a local company that loves their jobs. Recommending this to all who venture out to the North Shore!

This was such a good experience, even without doing a tour. We arrived shortly after opening and were the only ones for a while. Our bartender was amazing with our tasting, we sampled some of the experimental batches (the Genever is A+++) and even got the first bottle of the Mele Kalikimaka engraved whiskey. They have all the liquors - gin, genever, whiskey, and moonshine!

Best of time with Ian and Chico and a drink on tour.Labeling and bottling your own whiskey makes it more personal.

This is a fun tour! Well worth the time and money. I used to live in Cincinnati and have toured most of the distilleries on the bourbon trail and this one compares favorably. Olivia is fun and engaging and REALLY knows her stuff. The products are surprisingly high quality. I especially love the aged gin (it’s the best for Negronis) and the 90 proof whiskey.

I purchased Mahealani Moonshine.
I'm looking forward to it after I return to Japan.

The distillery tour was really cool and informative. The staff is really personable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed bottling our own whiskey and learning some of the history of the company. Plus, we visited on a Friday night and they had awesome entertainment that was just the right vibe! It’s a must see on Oahu!

Great little distillery, but then again, it is run by Veterans so I would not expect anything less!!! The atmosphere was great and the staff were excellent! We will definitely by back again!

Stumbled across this place and wish we had more time for a tour or proper tasting! The cocktail I got was amazing! I can’t remember the name but it was spicy!

This was certainly worth the journey to find! Great folks working all aspects of the distillery and store, great tour and history! Really appreciate the fact that it’s veteran owned and veteran centered. Will certainly be back when we visit again!

Excellent cocktails. The sipping cream was so delicious and way too easy to drink! Very nice vibes. Location is a bit hidden, but works for the vibe. My only complaint… the bartender was pretty bad. He got our entire first order wrong. Each of us got a different cocktail than ordered. Worked out that they were all good

Not only is this a one-of-a-kind experience for those visiting Hawaii, the location being in an industrial park really adds to the unique charm of this distillery. There's tons of signature cocktails and flights for different types of liquors, you NEED to stop in! They also have bubble packs that you can purchase for those who are flying and really want to secure their bottles.

Thank you to Ian for a wonderful tour earlier today and to Meredith for making such delicious drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with you and look forward to stopping in again on our next trip. Mahalo 🌺
