I used to love this place when it was under its previous ownership—it was our go-to spot for perfectly thin crepes and great service. Unfortunately, after coming back years later, it’s clear that things have seriously gone downhill. The crepes are now thick and lack the delicate texture that made them special. A nice and pleasant cafe. It’s clear that a lot of effort and resources went into creating it, but the omelet isn’t as tasty as it could be. Your place has great potential to cook delicious food. I would suggest hiring a professional chef for a week to refine your menu, make it more flavorful, and train your staff to prepare tastier dishes.
