Second time here and ordered the salmon poke and spicy ahi over half hapa rice and half salad. And the icing on the cake, shrimp tempura! They offered a fountain drink with purchase too! Wow!! Very fresh fish and presented very well with the perfect portion size. So important even with poke bowls. It has to be the right amount of rice to fish. Flavors were on par and one of better poke places on island!! They do get busy but they give great customer service and knows how to handle their customers. Can't wait to dig in again!

Due to good reviews, I was expecting this to be better. The lava roll is really good but everything else is meh so I didn't even bother taking a photo. The lbs bowl is tiny and I guess we could've guess from the price.

Where you going to get a$4 hand roll anywhere in Kailua that tastes this good?!? It is so good and the price is on point! Don't forget to get the bread pudding. The staff is really the very best at recommendations if you're stuck on what to get.

The kaneohe location has been on my bucket list to try for a while, so when I saw they had a location in Kailua, I was excited to finally try it since we were in the area. What a disappointment. Yes, their fish is fresh, but that is about it. The poke had no flavor, and the kalbi meat tasted a burnt (but it wasn't, so I think it might be theor grill). Also, the kalbi is tough. Their sushi roce has no flavor, and they use brown rice. Maybe this place is awesome if u are from this side of the island, but if you are not, then you are better off going to Kaneohe for your fresh fish fix.

We hate to give a bad rating to any body that is trying to have a successful restaurant, but we wanted to warn the people that eat pretty healthy that this isn't truly a sushi place. At best at best they are opening cans of salmon and tuna, and mixing it with inferior mayonnaise and a lot of salt. Honestly, we just couldn't eat most of this and had to throw it away. Some people may enjoy this, that's why we gave it a three rating and not a zero. Do yourself a favor if you like healthier food and go to the Whole Foods next-door.
