Kailua location on Kuulei Road is horrible. Hardly ever get my order correct, drive-tru lines are crazy long. Always seems to be short staffed.
SO Rude & nasty. Dining room was not open, but could go in to get takeout. I and another customer made mistake of trying to use facilities. A polite “Sorry ladies, they are closed” would have sufficed, but we were yelled at rudely and “can’t you READ?” We were if course perfectly literate, the sign was not in plain view.
