Ordered online and drove up to pick up. Didnât realize the cranky lady at the window only gave me half the order until we were at the park. Had to buckle both of the grands back in the van to go back since we absolutely needed the rest of the food I paid for, but did not get. Back at the window, woman INSISTED that I got exactly whai I ordered: six pieces Happy Meal. All the while looking at the receipt. I had to ask her to look at the receipt for the missing burger. Not once, not twice, but more like, FIVE TIMES before the woman retorted, âwhat, the double burger?â Not even a, âsorry.â And when the grandchild in the back said, âthis is junk,â woman barely murmured âsorryâ walking away. Not even facing us or anyone. SMH. From one senior to another, I cannot understand why she was so rude and unfriendly. She didnât even pretend to smile. And she gave us no straws. Not even one.

One of the saddest McDonaldâs around. No oneâs at the front and youâre not allowed to ask any questions. I got the amazing Teri burger and it was horrible. I had to go to the desk to get the right burger because the game me a random burger. After a good three minutes I was able to flag someone down and they gave me a random bag with my burger. No follow up on questions or concerns. I feel that going to the other McDonaldâs might be the best place to go for service and just a smile.

One of the few McDonaldâs locations that still has a real play area for kidsâand I absolutely love that. It brings back so much nostalgia from when I was younger, and itâs amazing to see that some places are still keeping that fun, family-friendly vibe alive. The atmosphere here feels like a throwback in the best way, and it makes every visit special, especially if you have kids. Huge props to this location for holding onto the magic!

Messed up my drive thru order and manager hung up on me two times before taking my callback from my dropped original call. Fries were cold and soggy. Filet o Fish was messily put together but tasted OK. Terrible service experience from this location.

The first time in history I've ever given MacDonald's a5 Star review. Nephi at the counter was super nice and brought the food to our table. It was clean... The cleanest I've ever seen at McDonald's. The food was exactly what you'd expect and consistency is key in fast food.
Not going drink refills brings down the service rating for me! The MCDs in Hawaii Kai does! So thus it's better!

The food and value of deals are always good. The only McDonald's with a playground for my son. Unfortunately, the service was not there. Staff lacks the attention of guests. Came twice in a week, two days apart. The restroom was not cleaned. The image is on the 2nd visit, and that is what the sink looked like on our first and second visit.

My car got dinged in the car park. When I asked to review footage I got told only a certain manager had access. Then when I requested contact details for said manager I was informed suddenly the cameras don't work.
