The first time in history I've ever given MacDonald's a5 Star review. Nephi at the counter was super nice and brought the food to our table. It was clean... The cleanest I've ever seen at McDonald's. The food was exactly what you'd expect and consistency is key in fast food.

The food and value of deals are always good. The only McDonald's with a playground for my son. Unfortunately, the service was not there. Staff lacks the attention of guests. Came twice in a week, two days apart. The restroom was not cleaned. The image is on the 2nd visit, and that is what the sink looked like on our first and second visit.

My car got dinged in the car park. When I asked to review footage I got told only a certain manager had access. Then when I requested contact details for said manager I was informed suddenly the cameras don't work.

Drive thru is fairly quick & the staff is very friendly & patient. The location overall is a very pleasant experience. The included inside the restaurant which is always clean & not crowded. I Highly recommend this McDonald’s location specifically (in the heart of Kailua town) I have never been disappointed, the crew & the food are excellent representations of the standards set by the McDonald’s brand, its longevity & continued success after all these years. Why it is as successful
