A kiosk was closed so it kinda held up some lines for those who ((like me)) can’t remember a whole order from their family.But it’s fine cause I saw a burger Chair, I missed sitting on a burger chair, haven’t sit on one since I was in elementary.Though there wasn’t that much people working, the cashiers had to work the fries n back, but maybe perhaps 17 dollar paychecks only goes so far ((20-25 should help?))Anyway there wasn’t many employees to help cashier and orders in a balance, and I had to go back on the road so I left.Place is still nice

Friendly staff who remembered my order as I went twice a day for 7 weeks. My morning and afternoon coffee. Price $1.86 US any size McCafe. Many evenings they were short staffed and offered drivethu only.Parking: Some days, the lot was full, but restaurant was empty. People used it to park and go to martial arts class close by. They should regulate more closely.

Kailua is a very nice place in Oahu, and this McDonald's is no exception. The food is what you'd expect from every chain but the store was extra clean when we went in and the restrooms were open with no code needed. People were nice and surprisingly prompt with the order. It didn't seem like they were short staffed when we were there. Great place for some fries and a soda after a day at the beach!

So service was okay. Food was good. However the restaurant smelled like pee. It was hard to be a dine In customer. I know there is a homeless problem everywhere but the staff allowed someone's wet pants dry on the rubbish can that was inside the restaurant. There was a homeless lady sleeping on the bench in front of the registers. The fact that the staff can see her sleeping there and allowed the dirty wet pants to dry in the restaurant tells me they really don't care.

Meh. Burnt fries. Sloppily put together sandwiches and, worst of all, rude staff. Asked for a soda refill and got, "We got no refills." Perhaps, "'I'm sorry, we no longer do refills at this location" would work better.No thank you. Glad this isn't my local restaurant.
