You don’t expect much at McDonald’s any more, but this location is the absolute worst. 0 customer service, 0 friendliness, and they habitually screw up orders in the driver thru. I’m sure they do tons of business on base, it’s always busy, yet somehow they always manage to hire the worst employees and continue to disappoint on all fronts.

This place is beyond unacceptable. I am tired of wasting my money at this McDonald's. The consistent mistakes with my orders are infuriating. I order a specific item, and without fail, it’s always wrong. At this point, I'm beginning to think it's intentional. I've raised this issue multiple times, but there has been no resolution. I've made several trips just to receive incomplete orders—missing items, sauces, drinks—everything. Getting a simple meal deal should not be this difficult. I rarely write reviews, but today was the last straw. It’s time for this location to step up and get it together. This situation is absolutely absurd!

This McDonald’s has normally been ok until today. I should have known since the drive through line at lunch was empty. Ordered take out through the app and got the notification it was ready and went in and it wasn’t. I waited patiently and noticed lots of gross behavior from the workers. Touching face with no gloves and fry person plucking extra long fries from the box and placing them back into the holding area with no gloves. Had to ask for my order and was told it was put in the wrong area. Worst of all the ice dispensing machines had black mold on it. This store has went on my do not go list.
30 minutes for a mobile order was told to wait in front and once I received the food was told because of the new Angel Reese burger. Watched about 20 cars get their orders and was the only one waiting in the drive thru parking spot. Would’ve just not ordered it if that’s what it takes to make one burger. Also this is the 5th time where we order a double quarter pounder, they put it in the box and it’s on the receipt and they make it a single. Also my Big Mac was cold asf probably because it was made 30 minutes apart lmfao

In a general experience, it's a McDonald's. The service is decent and the floors and bathroom are relatively clean. The only thing is an employee yelling out something out the 1st window for the next car to pull up. I had 5 cars in front of me and she screamed 5 times. The 2nd window, the employee was super sweet and smiled the whole interaction. Your experience is based off of which employees you get. (This is was passed 10pm). But still a better McDonald's than most.
