Just honestly the best and cleanest mc donalds I been to everytime i go that young man i forget his name but he would always take my orders and asked if i need anything else very nice hard working people.

My husband went to pick me up a small smoothie and they didn’t fill the cup up. Shorted a good 4oz and they still charged us about $4 for a small that’s not even filled. How are they not embarrassed? This is a regular occurrence.They also told my husband that there was only mango in the smoothie, and if I was allergic to pineapple this would’ve turned out to be a pretty serious situation.

This MsDs is getting terrible, needs new management. Hit drive thru to get a quick cheeseburger but had to pull forward park and wait 10min. Done going here

Good Evening, as a previous McDonald’s Manager in Virginia, usually a McDonald’s stays busy someone’s always doing something and rotating shifts, the workers in McDonald’s are too busy smoking and joking not asking people if they need help, only one person ask me if I need anything at the counter, blonde tall man great customer service, while the other 2 female employees were standing, joking and playing around in the front, the store had poor service tonight overall, I ordered 2 small fries and 2 pies and the employee never gave me my 2 fries, which means I’m $4.69 short sadly, usually I check my order but I trust this McDonald’s in this location enough for me to check my food when I get home. To say the least I’m dissatisfied in tonight’s performance and service.

I don’t know how I can order the same thing 4 times and every-time it gets messed up plus a long wait but you’ve done it. I get the bacon and cheese quarter pounder and every time it comes with no bacon. It’s literally in the name. And this last time I brought back to fix it and they put cold bacon on my sandwich.

Fresh and moist quarterpounders! Clean restaurant. Fast service. The music could be recognizable seasonal material, but at least it's not loud or expressing crude or violent behavior.

The search for Happy Meal toys continues on at the Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay (former name).When I called yesterday (11-19-23), I was told that they had the Mulan figure from the Disney 100th Anniversary series. However, I didn't have a military ID with me.That's why I brought my mom with me today. She was a bit thrilled to get on base again. The last time she was here was many years ago when my nephew was a little kid, and he wanted to see the Blue Angels' Air Show.We drove through security check easily and found McDonald's with GPS. We entered the clean restaurant. I asked what Happy Meal toys were available...None.Waaahhh!Oh, well...I was starving, so I ordered two Egg McMuffins on the app because there's a good deal: Buy one and get the second for $2.I was so hungry that I didn't even take photos of our food!Shucks!Next time... At least now - we know where this location is!

I'm not aware of the drive through workers name, young lady with braids and glasses, but this is the second time now that I've placed and order and by the time I've gotten to the final window it was wrong. The only answer she gives is "oh, that's not what they put" meaning even though I confirmed my order and saw what was on the screen someone else still jacked it up. Wrong drinks, wrong food, etc. It's always something, last time I'll spend money there.
