We went while there was live music playing and stayed until closing. The beer selection is excellent and the fish dishes are fresh and delicious. Great music, great atmosphere, and personable staff. Would recommend this place on a weekend night for their live music and atmosphere. Prices are slightly on the higher end for grill food but are reasonable considering the food quality.

Great atmosphere. I had the fish and chips and the fish tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago and heated in the microwave. My wife's soup and salad were great though. Great service.

Food is pretty good, location is nice. Service is not very nice but efficient. However, food gets served in paper boxes (the ones typically used for doggy bag) with plastic forks and knives. Pretty unacceptable for a place that is definitely not a fast food or street food.

We had a fantastic time! The food was Onolicious and our server Shawn was the bomb!!! He was on it and took great care of us making sure we were happy with our dishes! Always a pleasure & good choice to dine!
Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy they accommodated my needs.
Kid-friendliness: We had 2 keikis with us and we had no problems finding dishes for them to enjoy including the appetizers.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a ramp to the rt side LG enough for wheelchairs or walkers.

The service I received today was horrible. We got there at 11:30 and it wasn’t busy yet we saw our waitress all of 3 times. And I had to go find her. We ordered two seared tuna plates both medium rare. Both arrived and were cooked to well done. The waitress didn’t return to check on our orders and never once filled our drinks. Also another weird thing was all meals came in to go containers? I had a cup of coffee and asked for a refil and was told they were out of coffee???! Really?! Awful all around experience on my first visit. Won’t be returning.

I had the furikake ahi. Very good. My wife had the DDD fish burger. It was awful. So dry and overcooked. It was barely edible. So disappointing. Probably wouldn't go back. . .

Were at 'Nico's' for the first time We requested a reservation for 11 people early in the morning - it worked out great Restaurant makes a nice impression from the outside; After entering the restaurant you are in the 'bar' area and next to it is the dining area we were warmly welcomed The starters are large and correspond to a main course (good thing) - recommendation for angry ahi dip, tempura fish bites and poke chips All main courses were super delicious, among other things. seared ahi and linguine with scampi Be sure to take cheesecake from the freezer with you as dessert Clear recommendation for Nico's Kailua
