What a great find!! Ended up using Yelp to find a breakfast spot close to the beach we were exploring and SO GRATEFUL we found Over Easy!! The food was amazing..My wife had a strawberry biscuit special which she loved..I went basic with pancakes & bacon but there was nothing basic about the food..The pancakes were HUGE but so delicious..And I'm a huge fan of crispy well-done bacon and the chef delivered as requested..You have to check this quaint family-feel location - you won't be disappointed

I love Over Easy! I love how quick the service is and the food is amazing! The portions are huge. I usually get the Kailua pig hash. You can't go wrong. I always have left overs for the next day. It's right in the middle of Kailua town so can find street parking. It's worth the wait. Plus they're so fast, so usually the wait isn't long at all.

There is a waitlist when you get there, must check-in with the host first. The staff are very friendly, the food was great and the place was beautiful.

Very pretty and laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed our meal with a view of the open kitchen. We loved the crispy mixed potatoes! The service was excellent, very kind and attentive! I had a half portion of the custard French toast and couldn't finish it only because I personally didn't like the center which was a bit softer and probably where the custard comes in to the name... But the edges were deliciously crunchy! My husband couldn't stop eating his mountain of a meal even when he was ready to burst!

This is our favorite brunch spot on island. We usually get the kalua pork hash and the breakfast sandwich with their homemade sausage.... It's amazing!! They also have good bloody Mary's.

AMAZING from beginning to end. We saw a crowd outside waiting to be seated and yet we were seated in about 15 minutes. You just check-in in front on the tablet and wait for your name to be called. We were seated at the counter and from there, you can see the chef and his crew WORKING. There's seating inside and outside. And you don't wait that long because all the employees are on top of their work from getting you seated, taking your order and preparing your food so everybody is in and out. Both the dishes my girl and I got, DELICIOUS. The waitress took care of us throughout our whole meal and made sure we were good the whole time. During our meal, we were just watching the cooks doing their thing and making all the dishes. It was like a symphony in action. And the workers were nothing but high energy and great vibes the whole time. They even greeted us on our way out. This place is a MUST when you're on the island!

Delish! Fresh and gourmet. The call ahead service for a table is great. I got the special, crab Benedict. Family got pig hash, eggs & potato, all was excellent! The green machine was perfect. Also, stopped by the bakery when done and got carrot cake & carrot cake scone - perfection!

The food is amazing! Loads of fresh vegetables with the orders...it is almost enough green to flush out the custard french toast you eat later...that is a major treat!

Not sure what else there is to add about Over Easy, but it is easily one of the top brunch spots on the island! My favorites include: - Their pancakes: Always crispy edges with pillowsy soft buttery batter...when they have the seasonal offerings (eg pumpkin spice), make sure you try them! The cream cheese + fruit filling in the middle is always so delicious! - Kalua pig hash: This is a HUGE serving of pork, two kinds of potatoes, greens, and eggs. Super hearty with tender meat/eggs and soft potatoes. - Fried egg sandwich: always with perfectly crisp buttered sourdough bread, perfectly cooked egg, melty cheese with a side of greens. Hits the spot. - Fried chicken sandwich: This is such a nice lunch offering- the super crispy juicy fried chicken is nicely paired and offset by the tangy spicy coleslaw and Asian aioli on a pillowy brioche bun...what a great combo. Service here is fast and efficient but be prepared for a wait if you didn't call ahead!

I ordered the egg sandwich with the side salad and it was delicious. The food came very quickly - almost as fast as we ordered it. A very casual spot where you can bring your dog.
