Despite a delivery mishap, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, even preparing fresh dishes upon request. The exceptional customer service, like making fresh batches of food upon closing, left a lasting positive impression on the customers. While there were some hiccups with delivery services like Door Dash, the dedication and care shown by Panda Express staff made the dining experience memorable and delightful.
