Pre-lunch ordering left some to be desired. Multiple items were not ready or out to include the teriyaki chicken. Low main noodles were dry and sticky a bit on the lacking side for taste. Size of servings were plentiful almost too much so, but good overall.

Delicious fast food.Many selections available.
My favorite Panda Express I’ve been to! Have come here a bunch of times lately and always good.
Keith was amazing at the drive through and answered all the questions I had and served us with a smile honestly needs a raise.
Just didn’t have any flavor…. It looked good but it’s like it lacked the salt or something….and I LOVE this chain…but this one just wasn’t good.
Depends on who you are I guess My servings were so much smaller than guy next to me third time in a row, food was luke warm not worth the money
I love panda and it's dishes, but this time the noodles where dry, tasteless, and slippery from so much oil. The chicken was mushy I'm guessing from the time it was just sitting there and the honey walnut shrimp too. I feel like they shouldn't make so much food to where it's just left out to get soggy and not good but that's just me. It's ok to get the craving out of the way. Oh but amazing customer service and super clean store!

I ate here on my recent trip to Kona. I was happy to find the same menu items that I’m used to on the mainland. The quality and taste of the food were also in line with what I’m used to at home. This place seems like a good value for money compared to some other places I ate at in Kona. I didn’t get a fortune cookie with my meal though, which I’m used to getting at home. Not a big deal, but I noticed.

Pretty mid tbh
Had an awesome lunch while shopping , I was served fast and the food was great. They were very helpful and answered my questions.
I really don’t think that anyone goes to a Panda Express and expects an exceptional meal. You obviously get what you pay for, but in Hawaii, especially this location, the portions are small (compared to California) and the taste is bland. 4 different orders and 4 people disappointed. A good indicator would be the lack of people in line as compared to the other nearby food establishments. Avoid the Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Beef Broccoli, Egg Rolls…in fact, avoid it altogether. The topper…4 meals and we were offered 4 packets of soy sauce and 4 packets of hot mustard. Only good point, soda was good and cold.
Visited twice and slightly disappointed on both occasions. Fried rice lacking in true Asian flavours; orange chicken tasty but texture not light, heavy batter. Fortune cookies and quantity was generous.
never regret this.....always consistent.....i'm supposed the extend this review so that is wht i am doing now
