Love how they have grass fed and free range chicken! We got burritos soooooo Good!!! I picked another spot but when we showed up it was closed. This place was 2 minutes away and I'm very happy 😊 we picked it food was good and service was outstanding.

The food here is amazing, and I’ve always enjoyed coming in. Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience on November 30th around 5:30 PM. One of the workers, a girl with piercings, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached the counter to order, she was rushing through the process and practically throwing the toppings onto the burrito. She didn’t finish wrapping the first burrito before starting the next one, and because she was handling it so aggressively, she ended up ripping it. She then raised her voice, asking whether I wanted to take it ripped or have it double wrapped. I asked for it to be double wrapped, but I felt so rushed and uncomfortable that I forgot to ask for sour cream. There was no reason for the attitude or hostility. I’ve worked in the service industry for years, so I truly understand how stressful shifts can be — but interacting with customers at some professionalism and composure. The behavior felt completely unprovoked, and it created a very negative atmosphere. I even noticed other customers looking uncomfortable as well. The food was good, as always, but the service was genuinely upsetting. I hope management addresses this, because this location is usually my go-to spot.

I really try not to give out five stars but this one is 4.5 stars reminds me of chipotle but not some big franchise cookie cutter food chain. The food is good they stay packed but they work with great efficiency there’s not a lot of room to sit so it’s perfect to grab and go. Will for sure go back.

this was a surprising delight. My first time trying. I pass by it every time i go to kailua but today on a whim decided to try. i felt good eating it and everything tasted so fresh. even the lettuce were fresh and crisp. you don't usually see that! The customizable bowl is the best option for me. Im more plant based and really, this was wonderful. Affordable AND enough for me to have ieftovers!
This is hands down my favorite burrito ever! The beef is especially amazing—so flavorful and juicy. The portion is generous, but it doesn’t feel heavy. Super friendly staff and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

No longer worth it. Portions have been reduced significantly from years past. Bowls come half filled, if that, half filled containers of salsa, and ever increasing prices. Quality is just ok. Was better when it was just the one location focused on the customer now it’s more like a corporation and it shows.
