Delivery time just keeps climbing. Then all the sudden it’s a door dash delivery and not Pizza Hut themselves. The whole process took an hour forty-five minutes. Called and the reply was “yep it’s taking a long time”. Will not order from here again.

Service was good, no complaints or errors on the order itself. But man, pizza hut, what happened to your crust? The crust ruined the pizzas, both hand tossed and thin crust. It felt and tastes like an old frozen pizza from Safeway. The crust was dry, raw, no crisp or oil. Won't be ordering from here again unless this changes.

Bad pizza, i ordered ham and there was nothing on it , just ordinary pizza
The crust on their pan pizza is not browned enough. It is missing the golden brown crunch. Barely any browning on the bottom.
