The phos were decent and the meat quality was good. The stew beef rice dish wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it wasn’t that bad. The service was friendly and fast.

One of my top favorites. Known for having the Best Pho on Island, so great one of my friends drives from Waikiki to Kailua just for their Pho. My favorite dish is #7 Satay Chicken and Kal Bi short ribs, served with rice, lettuce, cucumbers and a spring roll. Always start with an order of Spring Rolls before ordering your meal. Big portions with lettuce, lemon grass and cucumbers. You can do it traditional style and wrap the Spring Roll or just grind em like me dunk just the Spring Roll in the absolutely awesome sauce they have. The sauce is so great I usually don't eat Cucumbers but with a dip in the sauce I eat all of them. Everyone I have taken to eat at Saigon Noodle House for their first time becomes a regular Customer. My Wife has tried multiple different menu options and none have disappointed her. It just makes it harder to decide next time🤣. During peak lunch time you maybe have to wait but it will be a short wait and well worth it. Recommend for everyone, large portions and surprisingly moderate price. My #7 Lunch 16.90 and couldn't finish it all. Superb staff, so polite and professional. Now just go to Saigon Noodle House and enjoy, you won't be let down.

I didn't know that Boots & Kimo was closed on a day, so I went in because there were a lot of people! The owner is so kind and the restaurant is delicious! The rolls, rice, and rice noodles were all delicious. I recommend it!

Every time I want to try Pho at another place, I'm disappointed and come back to Saigon Noodle in Enchanted Lake. Their Pho is the best, has tasty broth, generous portion, fresh vegetables and the service is superb! The owner has the memory of an elephant. He remembers names, what you ate etc. Amazing! The other dishes are tasty and generous too. Prices are similar to other places, but when you add up quality, speed with which you get your food and service, this one tops it all. Love this place!
Vegetarian options: Most protein dishes can be made with tofu, which is my protein.
Parking: Parking is shared with Safeway and other eateries. It's a large parking area.

So not really what we weeee expecting. Pho not as flavorful as expected. We need a gluten free option and were told the pho was the way to go. Ordered the seafood one and it had wheat gluten balls that my husband didn't realize were wheat since we were told the pho were gluten free. I had a ban mi, but it was bland. Very nice owners, but not as expected. My husband had issues for the rest of the day.
Saigon is the best... I usually get the kalbi and spring rolls. The kalbi is outstanding and is always consistent. Spring rolls are to die for. Reasonably priced and the husband and wife that own it are super friendly and awesome . Highly recommend if you are in the enchanted lakes area
