One of my top favorites. Known for having the Best Pho on Island, so great one of my friends drives from Waikiki to Kailua just for their Pho. My favorite dish is #7 Satay Chicken and Kal Bi short ribs, served with rice, lettuce, cucumbers and a spring roll. Always start with an order of Spring Rolls before ordering your meal. Big portions with lettuce, lemon grass and cucumbers. You can do it traditional style and wrap the Spring Roll or just grind em like me dunk just the Spring...
I didn't know that Boots & Kimo was closed on a day, so I went in because there were a lot of people! The owner is so kind and the restaurant is delicious! The rolls, rice, and rice noodles were all delicious. I recommend it!
