Barista (Jenna) making the coffees was very rude and could obviously not do well under pressure. Supervisor on site sent her back to avoid further conflict between guests and customers. Sad to receive such horrible service.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks off and on for 10-15 years, and it used to be one of my go-to spots before I started visiting more local coffee shops. But the vibe here lately is just… off.
Reading a few recent reviews, I can see I’m not alone in that observation. A couple of them mention staff seeming indifferent or unwelcoming, and that lines up with my recent experiences.
Ironically, the new Starbucks CEO is working hard to create a more welcoming atmosphere across the board. Not sure if this location received that memo?

Generally dread picking up uber eats orders here, which is unfortunate because they're usually well paying orders. Staff refuse to acknowledge you and actively ignore you until you just happen to catch their attention. I really don't like having to stop people while they're in the middle of doing something but I also don't like standing around and waiting until I’m finally acknowledged. I know dealing with the general public is stressful, but theres no need for attitude

I got in and out with a ham and Swiss baguette and holiday cream Brule. I did not stay long under the weather nothing contagious just medication side effect nausea. Would love to stay longer too.

As a starbucks, it was to be expected, but the cashier seemed inconvenienced by my asking them simple questions like "what bagels do you have?". Also, they told me they had 2 kinds of bagels, sold me one, then turned around and told me they were out of the one I ordered. They should have checked first, right? Then I asked if I could get a butter croissant instead and offered to pay the difference and they just kinda ignored me and gave me the croissant. The barista just seemed bothered by me and my order. That kind of behavior probably shouldn't be rewarded.

I never write reviews but I just had to because every single time I come into this Starbucks I leave with a smile on my face! they are so kind, upbeat, and efficient. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in even if it’s just picking up. Unreal service and just have to put a review in to let them know how well they do :)
I went in right before close today and the girl with dark brown hair and nice eyeliner helped me pick which pumpkin spice drink I’d like best! She was so sweet and helpful and my drink was very good.
