everytime i go here doesn’t matter what i order it always tastes like they just use a bunch of sf syrup even when asked to remake it. its pretty shitty considering i spend between 10-15$ everyday. it’s like they go out of their way to add a lil misery to the day.

Starbucks is a favorite of the Lindsay family and when we travel we go to Starbucks once or twice even in Europe 3 times a day. The staff are always so lovely and the drink options are amazing and we have quite a collection of cups, mugs etc a restaurant destination I APPLAUD and recommend to every traveler.

I ordered a matcha Frappuccino with strawberry cold foam and they didn't do the cold foam, they just added some whipped cream on top. I didn't realised until I have left so nothing I could do after. Very disappointing

Walked in at 2 mins until closing with an out of season request and the coffee connoisseurs working on the evening of June 21st make a cocktail of coffee that hit the mark...home run. They were the kindest Starbucks employees I have ever encountered. 12/10....will come back.

I've been a regular in Enchanted Lakes and Kailua Toen with the exception of Kanoehe across from Windward Mall and Aikahi. I've never experienced any problems with staff only some days before restroom reopened in Kailua (Im disabled) and when Enchanted renovated and closed their restroom. The partners are always nice. My original home store was Ewa Beach since the Starbucks opened there (I lived nearby for 25 years) also beautiful partners. I have just moved to Waipio and visited Mililani on Meheula. The partners there were very welcoming as well as the atmosphere. I'll be visiting others Starbucks nearby (I know where they all are lol) thank you for hiring such partners that represent your company very very well. They welcome us customers like family. God bless them all❤️🥰❤️🔥🙏🏻🙌🏻

Been a Starbucks gold member for over 10 years and spent thousands of dollars over those years. I’ve been to stores all over America from Bellingham WA to Brownsville TX And many in between. Even been to Starbucks in Shibuya JP.
Starbucks has always been consistent for 3 things. 1. Clean bathrooms on long roadtrips 2. Free venti waters And 3. Junk coffee…
That being said I’ve noticed a disturbing trend among my local Starbucks… A lack of restrooms. Many are either remodeling and removing restrooms or they are simply closing the restrooms. This is very disappointing. This store, the Kailua Store is one of those stores that has decided to close its bathroom and for what it’s worth I don’t plan to come back to this store for a while.
