Terrible service. Never received my breakfast sandwich. Drink order was wrong. Not corrected.

As an active-duty service member, I visited for the military and veterans' promotion, but it was not honored. The staff attributed it to a barcode issue. When I asked if they had attempted to resolve it, the two staff members claimed they hadn't taken any action. There were no signs warning of issues, making it seem like the baristas refused to provide the free promotional coffee. Given the late hour, it appeared both staff members sought any excuse not to make me a coffee. They were neither helpful nor receptive. A creative solution, such as offering a gift card equivalent to a coffee's price, coupon, or discount could have mitigated the situation. However, the baristas failed to show any initiative. Unfortunately, I don't even recall hearing an apology from either employee, nor did they thank me for my service. This lack of initiative and gratitude is disheartening, especially on Veteran's Day, a time to honor and remember those who serve. While I can buy coffee any day, many homeless and poor veterans in Hawaii would appreciate a free coffee. Starbucks, please do better!

The cashier was very friendly & personable. He was very efficient & answered all if our questions. It was a very pleasant experience & the tomato & mozzarella focaccia was delicious, according to my son.

5 people behind the counter, no line and still took 15 minutes to get one drink. They all stood around talking while one man worked on it stopping between steps to chat. Date is 11/10 and 1pm for the managers reference

Thank you, Kristina! I requested cash back while at self check out. However, I forgot to grab it on way back. I called Target later in the day and employee, Kristina, turned it in to the lost and found. Anyone could've easily pocketed the cash so reassuring to know Target hires such trustworthy employees!!

This is a licensed Starbucks so prices are a little higher and they also do not do mobile order. Staff is really nice and waits are usually not that long
Went in with my MIL to get our caffeine fix before we head to the graveyard on father's day. What a lifesaver for me! MIL asked about a drink she had heard of from some coworkers and ENTIRE staff gave her their detailed opinions of it! I loved it because ewww the drink she wanted sounded disgusting and I'm glad they gave her a truthful answer when she asked about it! The staff was friendly, helpful, super fast and efficient. I would definitely stop in here again just for the great customer service. I got a iced matcha latte with a shot of espresso which is my absolute favorite coffee drink. MIL got her "regular" order with is a hot mocha something lol. I would recommend any mama and daddies on a target run to stop in for a quick pick me up!

Popular coffee chain in Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii... Why do I drive to this Starbucks in Kailua when there are three Starbucks in my town of Kaneohe? Because... This Starbucks is inside of a Target Store... To the left of the entrance. Why is it different from other Starbucks? The merchandise! For example, the exclusive Year of the Ox tumbler can ONLY be found at a Target Starbucks. Uhg! They open at 7am and I finish work at 7am! It takes me about 20 minutes to get there! Luckily, I made a new friend online (through Facebook) and she got me a special Ox cup! Whew! She said that when she got there at 5am (two hours before opening), there were about 12 people in line already! With a limit of two of each mug/cup/tumbler per person, we were VERY anxious about obtaining a SPECIAL Year of the Ox tumbler! (And the new 1-5-21 releases of the Valentine's Day items; the black and red studded tumblers; and the lilac matte grid tumblers.) Another difference with this Starbucks at Target is that you cannot redeem your Stars for merchandise... Only food and beverages. Shucks! Yes, the rules are different, depending on who owns the Starbucks. (Sigh) Other than that, the menu is basically the same. Service is usually friendly and efficient. Environment is clean and organized. So, if you are on the Windward side of the island, stop by this Starbucks! (And shop at Target since you parked for free anyway!) You might be lucky and find a Limited Edition of the Year of the Ox 2021 tumbler like we did! Note: join the Starbucks Tumbler Collectors group for the latest updates. The black studded tumbler is supposed to reappear in about two weeks!

I've been to this Starbucks and target multiple times and there have been many incredibly nice employees and I have never had a problem until today, I approached the counter on the opposite side of the line to ask for a fork and the young girl at the counter rudely said "you're not allowed to be over on this side come to the other side" so respectfully (because of Covid and new rules) I took myself to the other side of the line. Then she continues to say "what did you need" I said "a fork please and thank you" she grabs the fork and after I again say "thank you" she says "yep" as she walks away. Extremely rude and immature behavior. I give my business to this Starbucks ALL the time, there's no reason why she had to give me attitude while asking for a FORK. I wish I got her name.

the employees got sidetracked by conversation with a coworker that had the day off. Sandwich #1 is burnt. Didn't know until I got to my workplace. Sandwich #2 was burnt too but it was edible to where I could eat it. Didn't taste great though. So yeah. I'm not happy. Don't waste your time, energy or money if you're trying to do a pick up and go.
