Starbucks near Kailua.There are few people working closely with the lives of the people in the town, and it is crowded.It's not a stylish atmosphere.It's easy to park in the flat parking lot inside the unassuming mall.Parking: Parking is spacious.A flat parking lot in a mall with a supermarket, etc.

Friendly staff here. Note, online order on the weekends. Came here on Saturday morning around 8:30am and it took about 10 mins from order placed in store to get my drink. Not a big deal but 95% of people coming order online for a quick pick up.

I simply asked if they were open and the girl was so rude. She said no. I asked why, thinking it's 7:30 in the morning, so they should be open. Then asked when and she walked away. No such thing as customer service? They can make a sign so if we're bothering them with our business we can just read a sign.

The time it takes to get the coffee is longer than other Starbucks. I've waited over 15 minutes for my coffee with about 4 people in the store and 3 workers in the back. It was annoying, but this is the only Starbucks in our community. I've even canceled my order once to order from McDonald's because of the time it takes to get my coffee. Overall, they are good, just the wait times are too long.
Grande latte was good but warm not hot. Staff is friendly, very clean.

Giving one star for a damn $0.50 cup fee only in Honolulu! Wtf!? I only went to Starbucks out of convenience. Now I'll make sure to never go and just pay the same at a local coffee shop. F off Starbucks. One of the richest companies in the world and you're still so greedy.

Holy moly! Not only did I do curbside wrong but the girl was so nice and saw I was confused and came out and helped me, so nice and friendly and my orders were brought and done fast with precision! Never in my life have I been so impressed with service ! Wish I could do a custom tip more than 25%! Mahalo ! ❤️
