Overall, a good Starbucks, but if you want a slightly better, more consistent experience, drive off base to the Aikahi location.

These paper cups are terrible, and this morning line was so slow by the time I got to the window. All 3 of my drinks i ordered online were melted and taste like water down coffee. Starbucks has really gone downhill.

I've always gone to this starbucks every Friday morning. And the staff make my morning. I usually order a *surprise me* they make me a drink at random and every single time. The drink is awesome. 8/ 8 would rate. Most negative reviews are people who don't have the patience to realize the lines are long, your drink isn't going to come out in 5 min or less. And if you want coffee, the probably need to brew a fresh batch, that takes like 10 minutes. My own mother works at a Starbucks location and she said this starbucks is pretty up there in quality.

I don’t know what is wrong with that lady, she was really rude for no reason and then didn’t make my drink so I just sat there waiting for 20+ minutes in the completely empty store until this poor male worker who was taking the trash out came and apologized to me and made it right away instead of her.

Hours say they are open at 6am during the week… I’ve been twice in the past week and one day the door was locked and then the second time I was turned away with no explanation just that they weren’t going to open until 6:30 for whatever reason. I seriously wish they wouldn’t have opened and drive thru joes got to keep there original location.

This Starbucks is located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) and recently renovated. The store is incredibly more open and brighter with an extended coffee and ample seating throughout. Service is warm and welcoming. Food and beverage selection is same as all stores. You can earn stars here and use your app to pay, but you cannot redeem your star awards at this location.
Parking: Parking is found in the lot for the exchange and commissary.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking up front and close to the store as well as a wheelchair accessible ramp to the front door.
I have been coming here everyday since I arrived and the employees here are so kind and fast! I work on my online schooling, which they know and ask how I am doing with my classes. Highly recommend them!
