Starbucks

My friend found a bug in his coffee, yuck! He always takes the cap off his coffee & that’s the reason he was able to see the roach inside. I love Starbucks but I will never be going to this one ever again.

I stopped coming here a few years ago because the staff was always so rude, but revisited a few times recently and noticed something has really changed. The team there now is so friendly and makes the drinks really well, making it a warm environment!

I have ordered a drink and went outside to meet the church, group as finish my drink about a minute went inside and asked the staff member if I could use the bathroom, and they told me that I had to buy.

I put an unflattering comment earlier after memorial day and would like to revise my judgement of Starbucks Kailua. I'm impressed with the changes made after my posting. Well done Starbucks!

Ordered two venti summer skies drinks with no ice. The barista asks if it’s ok if there’s room left in the cup. Naturally I’m confused, so I just say no because why would I pay the same amount for less drink. We end up settling for having ice and she gave us mostly ice. After drinking all the liquid, more than half of the cup is just ice. Essentially we just payed $15 for two cups of flavored ice.

Very nice interior. The refill deal when you stay in store makes this a great deal! Restroom inside.

The folks helping were fast and kind, ready to help at a moments notice. Coffee was solid too. Can't ask for more than that!

Ordered a lavender iced matcha and got it after 30 mins and not even blended properly

The baristas are awesome and so nice. I go in the morning often. It is very busy in the morning but they still have positive energy!

Everyone working here is the nicest. The spot is convenient and a great place to gather for small meetings, etc. like the online ordering option.

The problem is that it took the place of mom and pop coffee shops that came before it. Makes me sad to see that they were replaced with a corporation that doesn't treat the workers very well overall (hopefully not in this store in particular).

Clean Starbucks with lots of seating to do homework. My drink was made quick and well, I enjoyed my time here as I studied for my class. WiFi was great and lots of parking. Also outdoor seating as well and the music in here was great.
