The quality is what you'd expect from Subway, but the staff isn't very nice and they don't have free refills.
Parking: It's a shared parking lot that generally has a lot of spaces. The spots are narrow though.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal that's a small sandwich (4in), chips, and milk or juice for $7

Employees are incredibly rude. I was treated poorly by both employees working today at noon. One didn’t understand my order of “6 inch turkey on wheat.” The other was rude when we asked if we could get a kids sub on its own or if it only came as a meal. So if you feel like getting yelled at or ridiculed for making a standard order or asking normal questions, this is your place. The food tasted like standard subway. I noticed no improvement in flavor with the switch to in-house sliced deli meat. Lastly, they do not allow free refills. I won’t be coming here again. There are plenty of better places in the same shopping center.

Owner's work sandwich line and make really small sandwiches. I went down the street to kailua and ordered th exact same sandwich and it was twice the size. They advertised soup, but there was none.

This place is soo stingy! I stopped going here like 2 yrs ago cause every time they put a little of everything. I have to tell the old guy to put more cheese and i will just pay more! But today I thought to give it another try but then nothing has changed. Still stingy. The one at kailua rd. At the corner of times closed down, i hope the one at hamakua stays.

Terrible. They barely gave me any meat. They over charged for everything, normally my subway sandwich is $11, here it was $16. When I asked him to toast my sandwich once, then only half as long in the toaster again for 15 seconds. He toasted it twice and burnt it badly, then cut it in half before the sandwich was done. He gave me one napkin, when I asked for extra napkins he gave me one more napkin.Terrible do not recommend.Go to Subway hamakua instead.

The staff was so nice and the lady who made our sandwiches was seriously so good! It was the best assembled sandwich ever. Took her time and didn’t just throw it all together. Soda was flat from the fountain but I didn’t know that until we left. And that’s not really their fault. :)
I bought 2 salads and a cookie for $25.00 The entire salad only came up to the line on the bowl which is less than halfway. Hardly any lettuce 5 slices of olive, 5-6 pieces of chicken. I have never seen anything like it. I have been going to subway as long as I can remember. The owners now are very unfriendly and rude at times. It is never busy when I go. It use to be busy all the time. This is the last time I will go in there. I guess there buisness is so slow that they can't afford to put lettuce in the bowl. That's what happens when you have no Aloha!

Horrible horrible. One star for being so clean but they are not very friendly, and no matter the size sandwiches you order they make them very small and skimpy! Everytime I've been in there I order extra veggies and sauce and they barely put any. Yesterday I went in trying to give another try and ordered the club no ham extra roast beef, and she said there was extra but it wasn't. Worst sandwiches ever, the subway by panda express is way better!
