Ordered online at 7:45pm, per subway website and Google store is supposed to be open till 9pm. They accepted the order, said it was ready, only to get there and they closed early without shutting down the online ordering system. They took my money and everything. I tried to call, the line goes busy and then hangs up.

Young woman working today was wearing her hair down. Every time she leaned over to pick up meat or cheese her hair was hanging over the food and my sandwich. Unappetizing, unsanitary and against health and safety protocols. One star in hopes to get attention of management to educate your employees on food safety and handling.

The staff is extremely rude. Im not sure what you're angry about, but please dont make the customers feel bad as well. There was four people working and only 1 was responsive in a somewhat polite way. The other 3 either acted frustrated, annoyed, or just hateing life. Im done with subway on bade, happy to drive off base where any customer service is better than this.

Going to be honest. Kinda upset. So Google says they close at 8pm. I show up at 7:12 pm and the sign says 10 pm. Yet the store is closed. If you're going to close early do the right thing and post a sign or something.

Go to the other subway its better. Here they consistently burn my sandwiches when toasting by leaving it in there longer then it should be. Also staff isnt that welcoming.

Consistently rude here. Every single person is unfriendly. Unwelcoming. Can’t even be bothered to say hello when you walk in. I’ve worked in the food industry I get it but they’re just plain rude. They just stare at you until you order. Food is fine. But lord these people need some manners.

I am never disappointed when i go to subway. The servers always nice and i can never complain about the food since i do choose what goes on my sandwich.

Went to get lunch at this subway today with a friend, the counter staff provided great customer service and made us great sandwiches. The only bad part of our experience was a short female manager there was being extremely rude to the young employees working there and was not very kind to us as customers. I would return for another lunch but they should consider new management.
