I ordered a pickup and showed 20 minutes after and still had to wait over 10 minutes after letting them know i was there. They also had two girls behind the counter in plain clothes laughing with and distracting the employees. I believe they work there but it was very unprofessional and poor management. The food is mediocre compared to the mainland taco bells as well.

For mobile orders they usually take over 25 minutes for fast food they are unacceptably slow by far the slowest taco bell I've ever been

CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS ARE BACK! Thankfully, it's only for a limited time. It was my first time having these and it was a huge disappointment. When paying $9 (compared to the TV ad that says $7, price of living in paradise I guess) for five pieces, that's $1.80 per piece I expected more. Measuring about 2 inches each and skinny, these were probably the smallest wing parts I've ever had. Maybe it's a supply chain issue. Come to think of it, there were no pigeons flying around outside. Nah, they wouldn't. They were also dry and not crispy. Taco Bell, if you can't do it well (or even pretty good) don't do it at all.

Ordered on the app, checked in and sat down. About 8 people came in after us and about 45mins past and still no food. We spoke with the team lead and she said we were next and didn’t know why we kept getting skipped. 2 more people later we still didn’t have our order. We spoke with her again and she asked the main cook why we didn’t get our order and he said “I don’t do online orders first”. So an hour later we got our food. We will not be going to this Taco Bell ever again.

Came to pick up a quick bite. Order was just a bean burrito and side of cheese due to me being pregnant ( sensitive stomach.) The order had red sauce in it so I couldn't eat it. By the time I realized I was off base. Super frustrating. The whole time I was waiting the workers were cleaning the mat in the front by the soda station, AWFUL smell and was getting all this dust and mud as I was right there. Inconsiderate to your customers!
