Disappointed after hearing how good it was. Girl taking our order did not give us a receipt even though we paid almost $100 for lunch, including cheese, double patties on our burgers and wanted one burger to be well done. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food and even after waiting for so long, all burgers were missing the extras we paid for, including the double patties. Girl who brought us our food did not know what she was even bringing including which burger was well done. We had no receipt to verify what we bought but were able to get the double patties but not the other extras we paid for. Again, very disappointed.

One of the worst burger places ever! They messed up all of our food and it was 95 dollars for 5 burgers!! Ridiculous. The burgers were all well done and reminded us of rubber. They didn’t even ask us how we wanted our burger. Do not eat here. Save your money for a more authentic meal.

Food was average at best. Burger was normal sized, patty was dry and it was super sloppy. They drowned it in ketchup and mayo. It was messy to eat and bun was soggy. Service was also slow. Was not worth the price at all. Kaneohe location is much better.
