Raw hamburger served after a 20 minute wait. When asked they said that’s the way they are served. No concern shown by staff when we asked for a replacement. Fries were greasy and overcooked.

Don't let the menu pictures at the counter fool you! I ordered the double combo meal. The picture depicts a double patty burger with cheese but to my surprise, there was an additional charge for cheese unless you order one of the specialty burgers. One combo meal was nearly $20 and I was there with my wife and two teenage kids! I don't mind paying a bit more but the quality wasn't any better than Burger King! Very similar flame-grill flavor which was the only good thing about our meal. Additionally, they have two tea containers, one says sweet and the other was a passion fruit tea, both were definitely not sweet even after adding several sweetener packets and my wife's coke tasted like plastic! Don't waste your time or money and go across the street to Mahaloa. Much better burger, fries, and drinks...they also serve beer and have a restroom. I'm only giving two stars for the quick service and the decent flame grilled flavor. So many negative reviews with the same owner response but nothing has changed!

***** $$ FOOD I came here about a week ago with a pal from H. S. and the food was remarkable. Fresh, tasty, well-priced. I wouldn't have changed a thing. SERVICE Everything was handled effortlessly and courteously. The crew was polite and efficient. AMBIANCE Pretty basic actually. The two of us sat outside on casual chairs with a table in the sun enjoying a lovely day and delicious, extraordinary comfort food. Doesn't get much better - a lifetime friend whom I haven't seen since the 1980's and a super lunch. SUMMARY Entirely satisfactory, great eats, priced right, clean, and above all, highly recommended without reservation.
