Great coffee shop...it is located in Kapaa Quarry industrial center..
That is between Kailua and Kaneohe...
Just use Google maps to find it.
This hidden gem needs to be known by more people. Fantastic coffee and friendly, knowledgeable staff. My go-to coffee spot!
Good coffee and great customer service
My husband is a coffee person and I surprised him with the roastery tour and tasting. Sarah was our guide. She was wonderful with providing the origins of where they get the beans and how it’s roasted. It was great tasting coffee and learning information about the different tastes of roasts. I would definitely recommend the tour to anyone who hasn’t done it yet.
Our son took us there when we were visiting. Best coffee I have ever had. Never bitter
My husband and I did the tasting/tour. We loved the experience! everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee was great too. A large selection and nice retail area. Highly recommend a stop in!
Wonderful atmosphere with great staff!
My family had a wonderful tour with Sarah! Delicious coffee and very fun and interesting experience learning about the illustrious coffee bean. Will be back!
Great espresso or spot to get some fresh roasted coffee beans.
This review is long overdue… this is not a place where there are some transient kids as baristas. The folks here are super personable and knowledgeable on all things coffee. We always snag a bag of beans every month and it is often a daily ritual. Definitely worth the extra mile to check this place out. The cold brew and pour overs are where it’s at! Matcha lattes are good too. 10/10 recommend!

Not a coffee expert, but have a Flair and tried their espresso roast. Comes out great imo. Friendly service. Reminiscent of high end roasteries I've had in NYC.
It’s an unusual place to find a coffee shop, but it makes more sense when you realize that they are roasting, packaging, and shipping coffee from there. Just ask, and the barista will tell you everything to know about the beans, the drying, the processing, and the roasting of what you’re ordering. If they don’t know the answer, then the roasting master is just a few steps away.
It was an excellent experience all around. (The pastry is also delicious.)
Had a food truck parked out front. Coffee was superb. Going back to bring some beans home with us!
My wife and I took the pour over class at Tradition with Tim and Neil. Both were extremely knowledgeable about coffee and gave us great insight to speciality coffee roasting and what makes Tradition unique. We walked away with more coffee knowledge, additional roasters to check out in our home state, and an experience that will last for a lifetime. We walked away with a bag of their award-winning espresso and coffee of the month Candy Land. The coffee is well-worth the trip to Tradition and family feel of the location and business.
