Im from kaneohe, drive all the way to this kailua location just to try the cajun crunch burger charge me for it but got a cheeseburger! Was gonna get a frosty drink too but they said they just put in the machine. Too disappointed! Saw kids inside the store like the employers kids totally unprofessional!

Severely understaffed for a Saturday. I never got my food. After waiting well over a half hour for fast food, I was able to get a full refund. No on returning anytime soon.

We got there just as school was letting out so it was rather crowded. We had a couple large orders. Had to split it up so we could use coupons. We ended up with a lot of food.

Food is not fresh - they use same oil for many times to cook chikecn and oil become so dark .My kid’s vomit after their food for two days ! Send the control for this “restaurant” do not eat there .

Parking: Wendy's Kailua is finally here, this place used to be Gas Express and from Kailua HS it's really important to us, since 1993 they tore it down to wait 28 years. I believe we knew what was going to be here, Wendy's!!!!! @least, we don't have to go in to k-town....well, this time @least.
Kid-friendliness: Hopefully things will be okay with Wendy's, this guy Dave...is a real good friend to the children, he helped soo much lives of children who are now grown ups....I hope that people do the same thing like Uncle Dave, some of us don't have older people in our lives to be there for others too. God's blessings be upon y'all.
