Pre-placed order, drove up then had to park and wait.It took some time, but not too long.The down side of the visit was that we ordered three meals with drinks but got zero straws and only two napkins.

The lady asked questions on what our order was 3times and we got our food,she didn’t give us the right amount of chicken nuggets, no sauce when she asked what it was twice, the burger we got was extremely small for the price we paid so the service we received was horrible 0 STAR‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Food is good for a Wendy's, drive through employees aren't trained very well. No basic courtesy, just teenagers shoving you crumpled bags with food. No napkins, no straws, all examples of weak managers providing no training.

The fries were cold, and they didn't even provide ketchup.I ordered taco salad, but they didn't give me a fork so I asked the staff for it.I was displeased. Very unpleasant.Compared to Five Guys, it's very bad.There are no customers and the table is dirty.

It wasn't horrible but usually the person behind the counter at least acts like they'd rather NOT be on a bed of nails than standing behind there, I wasn't so sure about this one? ? Pretty sure they were indifferent at this point. ?
One of the most beautiful, new designed Wendy's. It's great. The customer service was great. So friendly.

The food was good. Restaurant was clean.The only issue was the wait and how 7 people were in line while the poor kid behind the counter is trying to cater to 4 different door dash orders. It took forever for us to get our order in and then having to wait for our food.Worse part is, I looked over at the drive through and there were three people there including a manager. Why was no one helping the kid at the front counter?! I know the mgr saw because she looked directly at us then looked away as if she didn't see everyone.I'm not sure if they get graded on their drive through service time and that's why all the attention went to drive through, but with grub hub and door dash and all your customers at the front. Either staff yourself properly or close your dining room, this is no way to run a business.

This is one of the nicer Wendy's that Ive been to. It looks more modern and sleek to some of the other ones. I dined here last night and it wasn't that busy, one other family there. I went to use the bathroom and there was toilet paper all over the place. The toilet seat cover box was empty. It seems like they haven't checked the bathrooms in a while. Other than that everything was great.I got the #1 Dave's Single Combo. It comes with a burger, medium fries and drink. I opted for the chocolate frosty. They have a seasonal flavor right now, pumpkin spice frosty. I didn't try it. The combo was good. I like their burger, fries and frosty. The food came out fast and I did see a worker wiping down the tables.
