I ordered a small saimin and one piece fried chicken and the chicken was dry and overcooked it was like chewing on cardboard I will never order the fried chicken again this is the 5th time smdh

I had the chicken cutlet. Not happy. Chicken was tough n dry, even with gravy. This is NOT the chicken cutlet that they served before they changed it. Bring back the original chicken cutlet!!! That one was juicy, tasty, crispy but not dried out. So disappointing!
I went for the first time and had chicken thighs. They were delicious and meaty. These chickens must be working out at the UFC gym.

If anyone asks where to eat and they say Zippy’s, the joke is on you. I bought chili, fried chicken, noodles, and a few smaller items. ~$70 or so.
I had to throw it all out because it was so bad. My family couldn’t stomach anything lol! The noodles tasted like it was marinated in grease. I’m truly not sure how it’s possible to make a bad tasting chili. The Korean style chicken… maybe it was just our taste but it was just so greasy to eat.
Business wise… Food comes out fast, service is on par, and the food containers are good if that matters.

Online doesn’t work if specials are not available. It errors you out without informing you why. I called them and found out they don’t make enough specials so they run out super early 4:00. .
Look for other restaurant options where you can enjoy what you want to eat for dinner and not have to pick it up before 4:00.
