Oh my gosh, Taran and the fam have knocked it out of the park with everything at Bluebird! ???? We love that all the base recipes are made with dairy alternatives, so we were actually able to get a dairy free drink with peace of mind. Seasonal pumpkin pie Nene is ? and the CROOKIE is true to its name because it’s gotta be illegal for one pastry to be that good ? Bluebird deserves your business- it’s a must-stop!

So good! The whole menu looks good; I couldn't decide between matcha and coffee. The gentleman helping me suggested an iced matcha latte with coffee foam. It was awesome! Rich coffee flavor of the foam and the matcha satisfied both my cravings. It was sweetened with the brown sugar cinnamon syrup; truly unique and something you can't get anywhere else. Great and friendly service. Do not miss this coffee stop!

Just tried this new gem in Kalaheo. Had an iced coconut mocha latte and, unsurprisingly, it was rich and delicious! Very friendly, approachable owners/staff. The food "truck" itself is small, cute, and vibrant blue - true to their namesake. Love supporting small, locally-owned businesses and these guys are worthy of the praise!

I’m someone who isn’t fussy about when it comes to coffee. I also never order fancy or sweet coffee drinks ever, just black drip. But in vacation mode… I went for it… we got the Elipaio and the Nene and I’m leaving this review because they were some of the best coffees I’ve ever had, and not artificially or overly sweet. The staff was super friendly and seating area was super cute. Definitely make the stop.
