I had never had a cup of coffee in my life before visiting Kauai Coffee. Raenette was very encouraging and convinced me to try a sample. I did not enjoy it. She then began to make adjustments. Cream, sugar and ice in a medium roast (Rum Barrel Aged) was the end product. Surprisingly it was really good! I have now had two cups of coffee. Waiting for Kauai Coffee to open so I can get number three! Thanks Raenette!
Kauai Coffee is such a fun place to explore and to learn about how coffee is roasted. The self-guided tour is short and fun and you never know who you might bump into (a couple of wild pigs have taken residence and you definitely want to leave them alone).
The coffee tasting is cool and the mini-museum is interesting too. There's a little cafe that has some goodies to enjoy as well.

Didn't have food so couldn, 't tell you. It looked like only sweet stuff was sold, so the mark is low. They give samples of coffee and the man doing so wS knowledgeable, kind, and great at handling a large crowd on a Sunday.
